The report shows that OCR experienced another record number of complaints receiving 22,687 total complaints — an increase from 19,201 in FY 2023 (the previous record). Disaster response after such events often rightly focuses on addressing hazards, repairing infrastructure, restoring electricity, and mitigating further damage to affected regions.
