Using an example of the extraction of cobalt(II), the influence of the type of modifier, concentration of the extractant, nature of the diluent for the extraction of impurities was determined. The method is based on the extraction of dry pulp of sea buckthorn fruit with supercritical carbon dioxide at high pressures (50 MPa) to achieve a high content of carotenoids in the oil, followed by centrifugation to separate ballast solid wax fractions.
