To achieve the goal set in the scientific work, the following tasks were solved: the study of fuzzy logical inference in automatic control systems: analysis of the fuzzy set building, representation of a discrete input values; development of an algorithm and software implementation for real-time systems. For example, fabricating of hydrophobic coatings with self-cleaning, anti-icing, anti-fouling or fouling release properties, as well as producing filtrating systems, compounds that can selectively wets surfaces, coatings decreasing of liquid streams friction exists described in numerous research articles. Despite of an apparent simplicity of a water droplet behavior on the surface in theoretical basis of the wetting phenomena still exists unsolved questions, which prevent developing many new materials, including hydrophobic coatings. In the first part of review, the modern theoretical concepts, relating to the process of surface wetting are review. Advantages and limitations of existing models of liquid drop behavior on solid surface, hysteresis phenomena are discussed. Currently there is no information on functional color management systems. The study contains an analysis of information on the quality of color management on various paper machines for the production of printed papers. The research methodology consisted in the formation of a sample of numerical values of color coordinates in the CIE system from the archives of the APCS servers and laboratories of quality departments at factories. The analysis of the quality of operational control systems was carried out on the basis of the calculated histograms of the color coordinates of finished paper. The article presents the results of statistical processing of data about changes in the color coordinates L, a, b of the finished paper. A certified environmental impact assessment methodology was used as the master. With its help, the masses of substances – that are primary pollutants – emitted per unit of time are calculated depending on the intensity of the traffic flow. Further, to calculate their concentrations, the dispersion is calculated. In order to determine the concentration of the secondary pollutant, ozone, a mathematical model is proposed. It is a stiff system of differential equations that describes the kinetics of the process of chemical transformation of primary pollutants. To solve it, the Rosenbrock method was applied. The method is based on the use of a deep neural recurrent network with an autoencoder structure, to which an attention mechanism is added. In it the information about the intermediate internal states of the encoder is available to the decoder and is used by it to form an output sequence of predictive values of process variables. The regularities of the influence of the flow rate of plasma-forming gas argon and the power of the plasma reactor on the fractional composition of glass microbeads were established. It was shown that with an increase in the flow rate of plasma-forming gas from 1.0 m3/hour to 2,0 m3/hour and the current strength from 300 A to 400 A, the amount of fraction over 630 microns increases due to coagulation processes. It was established that under the influence of high plasma temperatures, about 6000-8000 K, complete melting and sphering of particles occur with the formation of glass microbeads ranging in size from 80 microns to 1250 microns.
