A certified environmental impact assessment methodology was used as the master. With its help, the masses of substances – that are primary pollutants – emitted per unit of time are calculated depending on the intensity of the traffic flow. Further, to calculate their concentrations, the dispersion is calculated. In order to determine the concentration of the secondary pollutant, ozone, a mathematical model is proposed. It is a stiff system of differential equations that describes the kinetics of the process of chemical transformation of primary pollutants. To solve it, the Rosenbrock method was applied.
