The results showed that higher calcium levels result in greater calcium absorption in the jejunum and cecum, but lower DFA III-induced calcium absorption. The decrease in calcium absorption was more marked in the cecum than in the jejunum. On the other hand, changes in pH did not affect calcium absorption or DFA III-induced calcium absorption in the jejunum and cecum. (1) 化合物 (4c), (5c), および (8c) はチロシンを基質としたときのチロシナーゼ阻害活性値が79~87%を示し,市販品であるアルブチンよりも高い阻害活性があることを明らかにすることができた.
