The results showed that higher calcium levels result in greater calcium absorption in the jejunum and cecum, but lower DFA III-induced calcium absorption. The decrease in calcium absorption was more marked in the cecum than in the jejunum. On the other hand, changes in pH did not affect calcium absorption or DFA III-induced calcium absorption in the jejunum and cecum. Nomura","doi":"10.1271/NOGEIKAGAKU1924.77.754","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1271/NOGEIKAGAKU1924.77.754","url":null,"abstract":"近年,冷蔵庫やエアコンなどに使用されていたフロンガスの大気への放出によるオゾン層の破壊が懸念されている.このことによる過剰な紫外線の暴露が皮膚がんや炎症,皮膚老化の原因として深刻な問題となっている.そこで,植物由来の成分である5, 6, および7員環を有する (-)-ペリラアルデヒド (1), cis-ジャスモン (2), およびカラハナエノン (3) を出発物質として用い, 7種類のインドリルカルボン酸との縮合反応で得られた35種類の新規化合物について,酵素レベルでのチロシナーゼ活性阻害試験,活性酸素消去効果試験,およびヒアルロニダーゼ活性阻害試験を行った結果,次の知見を得ることができた. (1) 化合物 (4c), (5c), および (8c) はチロシンを基質としたときのチロシナーゼ阻害活性値が79~87%を示し,市販品であるアルブチンよりも高い阻害活性があることを明らかにすることができた.
