Peritoneal hydatidosis occurs in 5-16% of patients and can present with diverse clinical symptoms, often leading to misleading paraclinical exam results. Surgical intervention remains the primary treatment option, and prevention measures are implemented to protect susceptible populations. We present two cases of primary reshaped hydatid cysts mimicking digestive solid cystic masses, which were resected and found to be remodeled hydatid cysts on anatomopathological examination. The primary form of peritoneal hydatidosis is rare and can be confused with other cystic or pseudo-cystic masses of the peritoneum. Hydratic serology, while useful, is losing interest due to its delay in diagnosis, and surgery is the preferred therapeutic option. Recurrence is possible, making it necessary to implement preventive actions to interrupt the parasite's life cycle. Distant follow-up is necessary to monitor the patient's condition for up to 5 years.

A thorough history and systematic examination are followed by relevant investigations in the treatment of a patient with a foreign body in the esophagus. However, there is considerable disagreement about which treatment option is best for such patients. This review aims to develop a comprehensive approach towards patients presenting with foreign body ingestion by creating clinical practice guidelines. These guidelines, which are based on a review of the literature, cover not only the initial assessment of the patient but also the various management options and their benefits, limitations, and suitability for use in different situations.

It can originate from the vertebral bodies or the posterior arch and is described in patients between 5 and 78 years of age [1]. We present the clinical case of a 60 year old woman, who consulted for dorso-thoracic pain around the belt line and who was treated as a gastroduodenal ulcer, after a Pott's disease on the basis of an imaging diagnosis showing spondylodiscitis lesions with a paravertebral spindle D11-D12. Firstly, it was operated by a posterior approach by laminectomy spondylodesis of D10 D11- L1 L2 and biopsy of the tumor whose anatomopathological examination diagnosed a vertebral chondroma directing towards a total corporectomy by anterior or antero-lateral way. After the refusal of the second operation by the patient, she came back in consultation 3 months later with Frankel B paraplegia, anemia and cachexia. The MRI and CT show the evolution of the spondylolytic tumor D10 D11 with debricolage of the osteosynthetic material and invasion of the thoracic aorta with its collaterals; the very high risk of damaging the Adam kiewizc artery and of postoperative paraplegia during the anterior management without endovascular material by the thoracic team compromised this second operative step. The low sensitivity of chemotherapy and the risk of aggravation of the lesion by the therapeutic doses of radiotherapy for this tumour was directed in palliative care. \u0000Dorsal vertebral chondroma is a rare benign tumour that requires early complete resection to avoid the risk of thoracic aortic inversion that can increase complications and compromise the definitive treatment of this benign tumour.

The left thoracic wound was the site of evisceration of colon. The eviscerated colon was perforated. The patient was instable. After stabilisation, he was operated under general anesthesia. A bilateral thoracic drainage done, one and the right thoracic stab wound was then closed. A median laparotomy discovered the left colic herniation through the left diaphragmatic coupole, continuing through the thorax by the evisceration and a gastric tear. The colon was wached and reduced first through the abdomen by gentle traction. The left parietal wound was then closed. The left thorax cavity was washed and the diaphragmatic hole closed. The left transverse colonic tear was excised and closed. He stayed 5 days in the intensive care unit. We had a superficial site infection of the laparotomy wound treated by saline wet dressing for 20 days. After one month hospitalisation, the patient was discharged. He resumed his work after 3 months and is doing well at 12 months postoperative. This case emphasizes on a rare surprise awaiting the trauma surgeon.

Potent P2Y12 inhibitors for DAPT are preferred in view of their superior protection against thrombosis but at the expense of increased bleeding risks. Early therapeutic intervention in the event of acute GI bleed has beneficial outcome while on active cardiac intervention. \u0000Case Presentation: A 67-year-old patient, who underwent PPCI with DES stent, incidentally developed Mallory-Weiss (MW) tear, which manifested as severe hematemesis when loaded with DAPT consisting of Aspirin and Ticagrelor. The therapy was withheld until the clipping of the tear was done. Single antiplatelet therapy (SAPT) with Aspirin was reinstituted after a day and DAPT with Aspirin plus Clopidogrel after a week. \u0000Conclusion: A careful assessment of the risks and benefits of acute coronary interventions need to consider complications and timely interventions thus individualizing and curating the DAPT as deemed necessary.

Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 6/9 in the right eye and 6/6 in the left eye. Manifest refraction revealed a 0.5 diopters myopic shift in her RE compared to her last ocular examination 2 years ago. Scheimpflug photograpgy and slit-lamp examination were utilized to make the diagnosis of CBDS, which was successfully treated with Nd: Yag laser posterior capsulotomy. At day 1 post-capsulotomy the BCVA of her RE improved to 6/6 with a 0.5 diopters hyperopic shift which was consistent with a 0.13 mm post-capsulotomy increase in the anterior chamber depth, as documented by the Scheimpflug images. \u0000Discussion and Conclusion: Late-onset CBDS can manifest after a considerable time period following cataract surgery and Scheimpflug imaging can be a useful aid for a precise diagnosis and documentation of the treatment.

EON is time and dose dependent. In this case report, we will discuss a 59-year-old female patient who came in with complaints of visual impairment, inclusive of a colour vision defect (dyschromatopsia) and blurred vision (scotoma). Her past medication history includes use of first-line anti-tubercular therapy (ATT) with four drugs: Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Ethambutol, and Pyrazinamide. Pyrazinamide was taken for two months, and other medications (Rifampicin, Isoniazid, and Ethambutol) were taken for a period of seven months. From this case report, we will get a clear picture necessitating continuous monitoring for ocular toxicity.

In the children’s hospital of Rabat, it is the third case that has been recorded in recent years. It is about a boy of 8 years old who after a benign trauma at the level of the back, his father attached to him a patch of fentanyl dosed at 75 µg/h given by a friend returning from abroad. After 8 hours, the father found his child unconscious with abnormal breathing, motivating him to bring him back to the emergency room of the hospital. He presented a convulsive seizure before being urgently intubated and transferred to intensive care unit. He received a triple dose a day in addition to a contininious infusion of 0,4 milligram of Naloxone. The patient woke up and was extubated after 24 hours, but he kept a divergent strabismus of the right eye for which he was sent to the ophthalmology department for further management. We highlight through this case report the severity of pediatric opioid intoxication and underscores the importance of primary prevention in combating this scourge.
