Despite of upsurging care needs of middle-aged adults, previous studies have not studied on their care needs. Therefore, we focused on examining the factors of service uses for understanding their needs for public care services. We used the second data from Care SOS Center in Seoul, South Korea and selected 31,265 people who used the services in 2021. Independent variables were organized into four categories - predisposing, enabling, need, and health care system factors - based on Andersen's theory of service uses, for which many previous studies have adopted. After conducting multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0, the results were as follows: First, regarding the predisposing factors, middle-aged adults who have many family members were more likely to use care services, while older adults’ family members were not statistically significant. Second, need factors such as the discharged patients were pivotal in care service uses of both middle-aged and older adults. Third, older adults who had used other social care services before were less likely to use this short-term care SOS services, but the result was not statistically significant for middle-aged adults. Based on the results, we suggested social welfare interventions such as developing intensive care services for the discharged based on community care, interlocking and connecting social care services, making interventions for the excluded who needs imminent services as well as pointed out the importance of universal care services for both older and middle-aged adults.

In this study, 500 learners of the senior model education program at the senior model education \u0000centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected as research subjects. The participants of this study were senior male and female \u0000models who had either participated in or graduated from senior model training programs in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The researcher \u0000collected data by distributing 500 questionnaires to these participants. The subjects of the study were sampled using a convenience sampling \u0000method. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between participation motivation and program satisfaction was found \u0000to have a statistically significant static effect on learning-oriented and goal-oriented types. In particular, among the motivations for participation, \u0000it was confirmed that learning orientation had a relatively higher effect on program satisfaction. Second, among the motives for participation, \u0000it was found statistically significant that only the learning-oriented motive had a significant positive impact on the intention to continue \u0000participation. Third, there were significant relationships between education satisfaction, instructor satisfaction, employee satisfaction, physical \u0000environment satisfaction, and the intention to continue participation. These factors all had a significant impact on the intention to continue participating in the program. Fourth, it was confirmed that instructor satisfaction played a partial mediating role between education satisfaction \u0000and intention to continue participation. This means that program satisfaction has a direct or indirect effect on the relationship between independent \u0000variables and parameters.

Data were collected from 16 workers at two institutions \u0000through an Participatory Action Research(PAR) process consisting of 17 FGI sessions, and the data were analyzed through directed content \u0000analysis. This study proposed 7 frameworks of practice. In the last COVID-19 situation, three factors such as ①Internalization of Extrinsic \u0000Motivation, ② Understanding Preference & Value, ③Close communication based on trust were smoothly implemented, while strategies such \u0000as ④Areas, ⑤Causal Agent, ⑥Providing information and options, ⑦Providing Enough time were not well utilized. Based on the results \u0000of the study, we presented the following policy suggestions. First, it is necessary to establish a system that can support the self-determination \u0000of the elderly living. Second, a friendly culture and environment should be created so that nursing facilities can work more actively. Also \u0000it is emphasized that there is a need for a place to actively discuss the base-line when there is a value that conflicts with self-determination.

After that, performed analysis \u0000of variance(ANOVA) and controlled regression analysis by dividing the age group into 247 middle-aged(55-64 years old), 140 young-old \u0000groups(65-74 years old), and 113 old-old groups(75 years or older). As a result, in the case of middle-aged and young-old groups, social \u0000activity and technology literacy had a significant effect on emotional well-being. The middle-aged found technology literacy to have a moderating \u0000effect.
