It is of positive significance to understand the current situation of teachers’ morality in universities. However, teachers and students may have different understandings of the connotation and current situation of teachers’ morality. Therefore, the self-designed Questionnaire of Teachers’ Morality for students and teachers is used to understand the current situation of teachers’ morality in universities from different perspectives of teachers and students and conduct comparative researchers. The results showed that the total average score and each dimension score of teachers’ self-evaluation were significantly higher than those of students. Terrorisms carried out by radical terrorists today, in the name of Islam are characterized by false flag operations. There are many evidences that prove that this is really true. The paper also analyses the 9/11 which had features of a false flag. There is no legal evidence to prove that Osama Ben Laden was the culprit of 9/11 in an international court of law, and thus relating him with it would just be a conspiracy theory and nothing more.
