It is of positive significance to understand the current situation of teachers’ morality in universities. However, teachers and students may have different understandings of the connotation and current situation of teachers’ morality. Therefore, the self-designed Questionnaire of Teachers’ Morality for students and teachers is used to understand the current situation of teachers’ morality in universities from different perspectives of teachers and students and conduct comparative researchers. The results showed that the total average score and each dimension score of teachers’ self-evaluation were significantly higher than those of students.
