It is of positive significance to understand the current situation of teachers’ morality in universities. However, teachers and students may have different understandings of the connotation and current situation of teachers’ morality. Therefore, the self-designed Questionnaire of Teachers’ Morality for students and teachers is used to understand the current situation of teachers’ morality in universities from different perspectives of teachers and students and conduct comparative researchers. The results showed that the total average score and each dimension score of teachers’ self-evaluation were significantly higher than those of students. 摘要

师德建设一直是教育工作的重点。了解高校师德现状具有积极意义。然而,教师和学生对师德的内涵和现状的理解可能存在差异。因此,笔者利用自行设计的《师德问卷》,从教师和学生的不同角度了解高校师德现状,并进行比较研究。结果表明,教师自我评价的总平均分和各维度得分均显著高于学生。基于研究结果,未来教育工作可从完善管理机制、优化有效评价工具、加强良性师生关系建设等方面促进师德建设。
