The “best interests of the child” standard requires that all protective decisions be made to ensure each child’s comfort and security. In early 2020 an empirical study was undertaken in Armenia’s residential childcare institutions to examine six constructs: abuse and neglect, education, food safety, hy-giene, institutionalization and reunification, and sexual abuse. While institutionalization has historically been considered contrary to a child’s best interests, results from the current study suggest that residential childcare alternatives may advance childcare protection. Rather than reflexively rejecting residential care, which may deny vulnerable children a safe haven during times of crisis, emotional stability during formative years, an improved standard of living, and superior long-term academic and professional opportunities, deci-sionmakers should weigh the consequences of child rearing with biological parents against all alternative environments, including institutionalization.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of social capital and its dimensions on social adaptation among residents of residential complexes in Isfahan in 1398 with a combination of sociological and psychological theories. This research was conducted by survey and data were collected by a questionnaire with appropriate reliability and validity. The statistical population of this study includes all individuals and households living in residential complexes in Isfahan. 385 residents were selected as a sample according to Cochran's formula by cluster and multi-stage random sampling. For data analysis from descriptive statistics (average and percentage) And inferential statistics (confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling method) were used with SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between social capital and its dimensions (social trust, social networking and normativeness) with residents' social adjustment. We always lie by imagining the presence and existence of another. Lying is a cultural and negative social phenomenon of moral disgust that is unfortunately common among people in society today. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social capital and communication action with a tendency to lie. The research method is descriptive correlation and the statistical population is the students of Islamic Azad University, Tabriz Branch with a sample size of 375 people who were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire whose validity was calculated by content and form and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha. In the theoretical framework of the research, the theories of Bourdieu, Habermas, etc. have been used. SPSS and Amos software were used to analyze the data. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant inverse relationship between the tendency to lie with social capital (r = -0.179 and p = 0.001) and communication action (e = -0.119 and p = 0.021). There was no significant relationship between contextual variables (gender, age, marital status and level of education) of respondents and tendency to lie (P> 0.05).\u0000Keywords: Lying, communication action, social capital, students of Islamic Azad University, Tabriz

In the UK, many young people \u0000demonstrated their determination to resist structural racism and some \u0000organisations subsequently acknowledged the need to take action to promote race \u0000equality and reflect upon their historical role in colonialism and slavery. At \u0000the same time, resistance to these challenges mounted, with right-wing news \u0000media and the UK government initiating culture wars to disparage attempts to \u0000combat structural racism and decolonise the curriculum. This article argues \u0000that the campaign to discredit anti-racism culminated in 2021 in the production \u0000of the first major report on race for over 20 years, a report chaired by Tony \u0000Sewell and commissioned by the government.
