The correct diagnose remain tricky even though there are many options available for diagnosis. It becomes very difficult for surgeons to reach on exact diagnose when the patient gave history of previous history of appendectomy. Stump appendicitis is a very rare complication after appendectomy and leading causes of morbidity among children. Stump appendicitis is defined as acute infection of residual appendix. Stump appendicitis is very difficult to diagnose and required a competent surgical tool to quickly evaluate after appendectomy. However, the patient asked to be told the result of the biopsy performed during hospitalization. In this article we want to analyses the preparedness level of Europe for a second wave and why did things go into the situation we faced in the last 3 months until December. We go deeper to understand the second wave in Portugal and what it could have been, using a mathematical model to compare it to the first wave. It is a vascular disease characterised by a segmental, non-atherosclerotic inflammation of the small and medium sized arteries and veins of upper and lower extremities. Buerger’s disease develops most frequently in men who smoke and tobacco use. Buerger’s disease is found worldwide, and the aetiology is unknown. But use or exposure to tobacco is central to the initiation and prognosis of the disease. He did not know about the disease and asked Health Care Provider (HCP) many times about his condition, but HCP did not tell him. Because, his family wanted to keep it confidential. After one month, the patient dies due to poor prognosis. If HCP have told him before his death, he might have been able to accomplish his important tasks. In recent months, Neuralink BCI (1024-Electode) has been approved to be used by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the USA. That makes the ethical related studies have more attention to apply these devices and technologies in our daily life with more security. In this work, the ethical challenges of smart home systems that use BCI for personal monitoring, such as Neuralink Interfaces, have been reviewed, analysed and discussed regarding the fundamental principles in ‘Statement of Ethical Principles for the Engineering Profession’ of the UK. Firstly, a brief introduction of Neuralink BCI Technology and important applications in daily life were discussed with related ethics issues. Then, proposed solutions and recommendations for every situation have been introduced and discussed as well.
