Although there are already multiple commercially successful RNA drugs for the treatment of orphan indications, this is the first time that RNA therapies unlock their commercial value in mass population. With the backdrop of massive capital and interest flooding into the field of RNA therapeutics, many companies began to expand their orphan-indication-centered RNA therapeutic portfolio into common diseases. In this article, we calculated the success rate of publicly available RNA therapeutic pipelines at each development stage as well as their likelihood of approval (LOA). We found those targeting common diseases have a much lower LOA rate when compared with pipelines targeting rare diseases (5.8% vs. 23.8%). Consequently, we discussed the underlying challenges and potential opportunities for RNA therapeutics moving from rare to common diseases.","PeriodicalId":88541,"journal":{"name":"Journal of commercial biotechnology","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45108144","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, a health informatics and bioinformatics connectivity modeling analysis based on a delay-tolerant network routing algorithm is proposed. The analysis is conducted for the topics of both health informatics and bioinformatics disciplines, and a reasonable design of citation measures is designed. The first step in describing the connection between the two disciplines using citation analysis is to extract multidimensional descriptive vectors for the disciplines as a basis for connectivity analysis. The connectivity analysis model is designed with the core of the tolerance network routing algorithm to determine the connectivity of disciplines by detecting the citation overlap between two disciplines. Finally, the connectivity is described by outputting the co-occurrence knowledge structure between disciplines through co-occurrence analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the completeness rate by 36.6% and 39.2% compared with the conventional connectivity modeling analysis method, which indicates that the proposed method reveals more comprehensive connectivity analysis results.","PeriodicalId":88541,"journal":{"name":"Journal of commercial biotechnology","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47740026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This analysis looks for opportunities for positive, negative, and neutral messages. The paper also offers ways to correct social inequalities and summarize best practices in health care. Studies examining verbal and nonverbal semiotics require a more fine-grained analysis since nonverbal parts play crucial roles in TED talks and cannot be neglected. The main features of the analysis are: to identify discourse patterns and message types, to overview the meanings of these patterns, and to propose ways to achieve social justice. With mixed qualitative and quantitative approaches, verbal and nonverbal elements are analyzed. They show a joint effort in meaning-making, which unravels how the speaker conveys ideas and affects the audience. The result shows the characteristics of different semiotic resources and ascertains how they generate meaning to reinforce the academic speaker’s message. It suggests that the adopted theoretical framework applies to the multimodal discourse analysis of public speaking. The speaker makes the speech more convincing and offers a comprehensive meaning delivered in public, academic speaking, establishing a rational and practical image.","PeriodicalId":88541,"journal":{"name":"Journal of commercial biotechnology","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43193773","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
{"title":"ROLE OF HOME HEALTH IN INCLUSIVE TEACHING AND LEARNING","authors":"Haiyang Liu","doi":"10.5912/jcb1163","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5912/jcb1163","url":null,"abstract":"Inclusive education is a schooling strategy in which children with a variety of disabilities and learning needs attend classrooms alongside non-disabled and normally developing peers. Students who require additional supports and services spend the majority of their time alongside their non-disabled peers rather than in separate classrooms or schools in an inclusive setting. Professional training, collegial collaboration, and a curriculum that can easily be adapted to physical activity and sports participation for individuals with disabilities define inclusive PE, according to a literature review on inclusion in PE. For children to be engaged and socially successful in PE, learning activities that foster collaboration and eliminate exclusionary competitive games are critical. In inclusive PE classrooms, cooperative learning, which refers to teaching approaches in which students work together in small groups to learn and help others learn, has been successfully introduced. For this study a total of 75 Sport and Physical Activity students from two colleges, ADAPT Mumbai and Muktangan, participated in the study. The data was processed using the AQUAD 7 software. The application AQUAD was used to analyze the qualitative data. AQUAD, a programme created by Huber and Gürtler, was chosen because of its capacity to add new categories to participants' narratives as needed. The questions were based on research on how to improve metacognitive activity, were tailored to the activities, and were related to students' usage of metacognitive methods (planning, monitoring, evaluation, reflection). In conclusion, we can say that while the data revealed that students had positive impressions of teachers, one of the most concerning findings was that students placed a low importance on socializing during physical activity. This is important to remember, because self-regulation in PE is equally influenced by interpersonal relationships. This teaching style produces a learning atmosphere that allows students to reflect on their own understanding, which is a major goal of the educational process, as well as to have fun, which is an important factor in students' participation in physical activities.","PeriodicalId":88541,"journal":{"name":"Journal of commercial biotechnology","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45892154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
