Bio-feedback is a technique that provides real-time information about an individual's physiological responses to external stimuli. In this study, bio-feedback was used to measure changes in skin conductance level (SCL) in response to English vocabulary learning tasks. The participants were 30 ESL learners from a language center at a university in China. They were randomly assigned to either an experimental group, which received bio-feedback during English vocabulary learning tasks, or a control group, which did not receive bio-feedback. Both groups received the same vocabulary learning tasks and were evaluated based on a pre-test and post-test design. The results showed that the experimental group had significantly higher improvement in English vocabulary learning than the control group. The findings suggest that bio-feedback techniques can be an effective tool in improving English vocabulary learning in ESL learners. Future studies could investigate the underlying physiological and psychological mechanisms of bio-feedback in English vocabulary learning and explore the potential of integrating bio-feedback into language learning technology.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000

However, bioethics education faces several challenges, such as the lack of integration with clinical practice and the diversity of ethical values among students. This study explores the potential of using Marxist network management to address these challenges and improve bioethics education in higher medical colleges. Marxist network management is a framework that emphasizes the importance of collective decision-making and collaborative work in organizations. The study used a qualitative research design, including semi-structured interviews with bioethics educators and focus group discussions with medical students. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify the main themes and patterns in the participants' responses. The study found that Marxist network management has the potential to address the challenges of bioethics education by promoting collective decision-making, enhancing communication and collaboration, and fostering a culture of social responsibility and critical thinking. The study also identified some barriers to the implementation of Marxist network management in bioethics education, such as resistance to change and the need for additional resources and training. The study concludes that Marxist network management can be a valuable framework for improving bioethics education in higher medical colleges, but its implementation requires careful planning and collaboration between educators, students, and stakeholders. Future research could investigate the impact of Marxist network management on other aspects of medical education and explore its potential in different cultural and organizational contexts.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000

To increase their productivity, sustainable agriculture offers essential approaches while protecting the environment. Unlike the existing literature focusing on the long-term effects of sustainable agriculture on economic welfare, the current research examines how sustainable agriculture impacts the various aspects of farmers’ welfare in the short term. We used data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) and the Chinese National Agricultural Sustainable Development Plan (2015-2030). To investigate the impact of sustainable agriculture policy on economic welfare, we also employed the Difference-in-Differences (DID) model which helped address the endogeneity problem. After the DID regression, we discovered that sustainable agriculture has a negative impact on farmers’ annual household incomes and overall health status. However, it increases the annual working time of farmers and their willingness to participate in agricultural work. To ensure the reproducibility and reliability of the result, we did the robustness test by merely keeping the key independent variables on each regression. We also employed two sets of placebo tests and an alternative DID approach for each key dependent variable. Since all the regressions are robust and all results are significant, the initial hypothesis of this paper was demonstrated. We also propose some policy suggestions based on these results.
