Churnosov","doi":"10.18413/2075-4728-2018-41-2-214-219","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18413/2075-4728-2018-41-2-214-219","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to expression of clusters differentiation of T-lymphocytes in endometium of patients with spontaneous and missed abortions in 6-10 weeks of gestation. 34 patients with missed abortion, 34 – with miscarriages and 57 patients with progressive pregnancy of the same gestational age, ad-mitted for medical abortion (control group) were studied. Endometrium was obtained during uterine abra-sion. Expression of CD4, CD8 and CD25 mRNA was studied by quantitative PCR. Expression was counted as delta-delta cq. Statistical analysis was pefrormed using Mann-Whitney criteria. No significant differences of CD4 and CD8 expression was detected in patients with missed abortion and spontaneous miscarriages compared with control group. CD25 mRNA expression was significantly higher in patients with missed abortions. As CD25 is a marker of activated lymphocytes, it can be suggested, that this in-crease can stimulate reactions of cell cytotoxicity and therefore contribute to demise of embryo. The main components of the World TB Control Program are timely detection and treatment of patients, prevention in persons at risk. It has been established that the main tool for preventing the disease is vaccination with the most effective vaccine against tuberculosis BCG. According to a number of available foreign literature sources summarize the information on BCG vaccination and its complications. Shows the bridging role between the development of adverse reactions and complications after BCG vaccination and various factors related both to the BCG vaccine and to the recipient. The statistics of complications after BCG vaccination was analyzed. It was concluded that the most common complication of BCG vaccination is regional lymphadenitis. Difficulties in the diagnosis of BCG-associated lymphadenitis have been studied. Despite a significant number of studies conducted to study the factors contributing to the development of BCG-associated lymphadenitis, some of them are still not fully understood. The question is: when and how to use the BCG vaccine to avoid complications, remains controversial, which determines the relevance of further research in this area. The newborns who are on the artificial pulmonary ventilation (APV) get into risk group on development the ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) which frequency increases in process of increase in duration of APV. It is established, that newborns, being on APV in most cases have a microaspiration of gastric contents that does relevant the purpose of the real research: studying of influence of APV and a microaspiration of gastric contents on the frequency of development and feature of a course of neonatal pneumonia. Materials and methods. The research included 177 newborns receiving respiratory therapy. The ex-pressiveness of a microaspiration was estimated on the basis of definition of Pepsinum in a tracheobron-chial aspirate (TBA). The diagnosis of VAP was established on the basis of reference clinical and radio-logical criteria. Main results of a research. It is established that the newborns who are on the APV with \"rigid\" parameters had more frequent cases of pneumonia with the expressed microaspiration of gastric contents. Patients with a combination of a microaspiration and pneumonia had the maximal duration the APV and the subsequent kislorodoterapiya. In some patients with rheumatoid arthritis, there is a dis-crepancy between the processes of bone resorption and bone formation, which is the cause of secondary metabolic osteopathy. A complication of rheumatoid arthritis with a change in bone quality is osteoporosis. Reduced bone density and an increased risk of fractures in osteoporosis determine the adverse course and significantly worsen the prognosis of the disease. IHD in combination with rheumatoid arthritis ag-gravates risk factors, leading to a decrease in bone density and an increased risk of fractures in osteoporosis, which determines the unfavorable course and significantly worsens the prognosis of the disease. At the present time, a number of studies the association of an increased risk of osteoporosis with the pres-ence of the following factors in patients with IHD in combination with rheumatoid arthritis has been re-vealed: low bone mineral density, female sex, age 65 years, early menopause, weight less than 57 kg, family history of osteoporosis, previous fractures, prolonged the course of rheumatoid arthritis and irra-tional therapy with glucocorticosteroids. In this regard, the study aimed to verify the prevalence of anxiety and anxiety-phobic disorders among first-year medical students to develop recommendations for prevention. A sample of 166 Russian-speaking first-year students aged 17 to 22 (18.0±0.9) years were examined at the 3-4 months of study using the structured interview, clinical psychopathological and psychometric methods. met. More than a third part of the students of both groups used alcohol, took medications, and communi-cated in a social network for a long time to reduce stress, which creates the risk of addictive behavior. The changes in the body of teenagers caused by the concomitant pathology of diseases of the oral cavity and digestive organs are described in this article. Their main clinical symptoms and interdependence between the pathological processes are also outlined. The immunological processes occurring in the body play a huge role in the etiology and pathogenesis of the diseases of teeth. In its turn tooth decay influences the develop-ment of digestive organs’ disorders because a carious tooth is a source of permanent microbian invasion. Close relationship between this pathological processes determine the need of a comprehensive approach to treatment of the patients. The information outlined in the article underline the expediency of diagnostic system reorganization by including the results of dental examination into the medical card of a child. Sal'tevskij\" Belgorod region in the late XIX century – the beginning of the XXI century. The study is carried out through the study of regional archival materials. It is noted that the heads of the hospital played a special role in the development of the medical institution. From the organizational and professional qualities of the chief doctors depended the pace of construction of new buildings, the attraction of highly qualified specialists to the region, coordination of the activities of medical services. The scientific data is entered from the family archive and personal diaries of I.S. Sal'tevskij, who was the chief physician of the hospital from 1962 to 1993, laid the foundations of the hospital town of Tomarovka Belgorod region and made a huge contribution to the development of the hospital.
