Formation and development of the regional state budgetary health care insti-tution «Tomarovskaya district hospital named after I.S. Sal'tevskij»

Abstract

The article analyzes the history of the formation and development of the regional state budgetary health care institution "Tomarovskaya District Hospital named after I.S. Sal'tevskij" Belgorod region in the late XIX century – the beginning of the XXI century. The study is carried out through the study of regional archival materials. It is noted that the heads of the hospital played a special role in the development of the medical institution. From the organizational and professional qualities of the chief doctors depended the pace of construction of new buildings, the attraction of highly qualified specialists to the region, coordination of the activities of medical services. The scientific data is entered from the family archive and personal diaries of I.S. Sal'tevskij, who was the chief physician of the hospital from 1962 to 1993, laid the foundations of the hospital town of Tomarovka Belgorod region and made a huge contribution to the development of the hospital.
