Type of qualitative descriptive research. Informants were Head of Village, Secretary of Kelurahan, Head of Government Office, Kasi Kessos and community economy Kasi empowered the community, and Community leaders were two people. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the performance of public services at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Sub-District office in Bulungan Regency has gone well. Productivity Kelurahan employees carry out duties in accordance with their respective duties, and are able to complete tasks in a timely manner in accordance with community demand. The performance shown by the obedience of the kelurahan employees in carrying out their tasks has gone well. Obedience includes obedience to time, kelurahan employee code of ethics, adherence to leadership, and obedience in completing tasks. Employee performance in cooperation is good. Cooperation supports the implementation of good service because it supports each other and shares work according to their duties and functions. Employees are responsible for serving the community. Supporting factors for public service performance at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Village office are the ability of employees to provide good public services. Cooperation with employees, cooperation supports the success of urban village officials in providing good public services. The village medium term development plan, which was initiated through the village Musrembang forum up to the principles of transparent, accountable, participatory financial management, and carried out in an orderly discipline and the budget is the basis for implementation of village financial management. The results achieved were the absorption of village funds for the field of community empowerment, enjoyed by the people of both villages. To achieve the target, the study was designed with a qualitative approach, i.e. the data collected was not in the form of figures, but rather came from interviews, questionnaires, and other official documents. Banjarmasin City Education Office seeks to change so that each school has facilities and infrastructure that can support teaching and learning activities outside of school through the School Committee. Good facilities and infrastructure facilities can support teaching and learning activities outside of school so that it is expected that each student can gain additional skills and knowledge from teaching and learning processes outside of school. Through community school committees can carry out various roles in the implementation and quality control of education services through the role of individuals, groups, families, professional organizations, employers, and social organizations. The study of strategies for developing community participation in education funding at State Vocational Schools in Banjarmasin as a result of the implementation of Permendikbud Nomor 75 Tahun 2016 and analyzing what factors make the implementation of Permendikbud Nomor 75 Tahun 2016 difficult to implement uses qualitative methods based on George C Edward's theory III produced findings that funding in schools that were previously with a collection system with the amount of payment that has been determined and agreed based on the school committee meeting, then with the implementation of the Permendikbud, it could no longer be done because the community meant that the contribution was voluntary, may contribute and may not. On October 20, 2016, the President issued Peraturan Presiden Nomor 87 Tahun 2016 concerning the Wild Sweeping Clean Sweep Task Force by appointing the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs to control and be responsible for the activities of the Wild Sweeping Clean Sweep Task Force. How is Peraturan Presiden Nomor 87 Tahun 2016 concerning the Clean Sweeping Task Force Task Force implemented? What is the Policy Model for the Wild Sweeping Task Force Clean Sweep Task Force? The focus of this research analysis is that good governance actors consist of, first, the state, which is elaborated in the executive, legislative and judiciary branches and the military. The government as a regulatory agent is demanded to provide a policy solution to avoid this problem again. All the policies taken by the government are never enough to stop congestion. Vehicle volume continues to increase every time while the length and width of the road does not increase. This study formulates the question of how is the road transportation policy map in Indonesia? By using the library research method. The findings show that the road transportation policy in Indonesia includes various policies on Transportation Development, Operational Policy, Road Traffic and Transport Network Policy, Traffic Engineering Management Policy, Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance Policy. The study of road transportation policy mapping in Indonesia also produced findings that it turns out that in Indonesia there is already a road transportation policy sitematics which in an orderly manner is already in an orderly hierarchy, starting from the highest policy to the lowest policy, namely technical in the field. From the study of road transportation policy mapping in Indonesia produced findings that all existing road transport policy products include: a. Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1992 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation; b. Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation; c. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 34 Tahun 2006 concerning Roads; d. Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor: 13 /PRT/M/2011 concerning Procedures for Road Maintenance and Ownership; e.
