Methods: Participants aged 18-65 who were diagnosed as having peripheral nerve disorder in the last year and whose activities were affected due to CI and who scored 30 or higher on the Turkish version of the CI Symptom Severity (CISS) questionnaire were included. The problematic activities due to CI were determined by a semi-structured interview. Activities were examined according to the third edition of the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework as activities of daily living (ADL), instrumental ADL (IADL), rest and sleep, education, work, play, leisure and social participation. Results: Fourty-five individuals (15 men, 30 women) with a mean age of 42.28±13.25 were included. The mean of the CISS score was 51.18±16.69. Twenty three different activities were identified. Due to CI, the most difficult activity for women was dishwashing and hand washing for men. Conclusion: Participants with peripheral nerve disorders had difficulty mostly in the ADL and IADL due to cold intolerance. It was found that exposure to cold air and water, decreased fine motor skills due to cold, grasping of cold objects, and exposure to cold in the workplace caused difficulties in these activities. Methods: The method is in reverse phase C18 column; based on the chromatographic analysis of racecadotril with acetonitrile-water (70: 30, v/v) mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/minimum. Results: The most suitable wavelength for racecadotril has been determined 220 nm. The linearity range for racecadotril was found 5-100 μg/mL. Conclusion: This method was applied to the analysis of racecadotril drug substance in tablets. The results were evaluated statistically. Methods: Different translucent/opaque shades of RBCs were used: Filtek Ultimate (FU); A2 Enamel, A2 Dentin, A2 Body, IPS Empres Direct (IED); A2 Enamel, A2 Dentin, GC Essentia (GC); LE, MD, Estelite Ʃ Quick (EQ); OA2, A2, CeramX duoSphertec and One (CX); E2, D2, A2. Disc-shaped specimens were stained in coffe and then brushed. The color changes (ΔE) were calculated between baseline and treatment. One-way ANOVA and Tukey’s post-hoc test were used for statistical analysis ( α =0.05). Results: After staining, the difference between the ΔE values of RBCs was not statistically significant, except GC LE. After both staining and brushing, the ΔE values of the enamel shades were the highest, and the order of ΔE values was body > dentin for ESQ and CX, dentin > body for FU.
