The article is devoted to the role of entrepreneurship in the economic development of the country. Materials and methods. Approaches to the definition of the concept of entrepreneurship and the institution of entrepreneurship are considered, the special creative and subjective nature of entrepreneurial activity is emphasized. Results. The distinctive features of entrepreneurial activity are characterized, a scheme is proposed that reflects the structure of economic factors of profit arising because of entrepreneurial activity. The system of conditions for the development of entrepreneurial structures is analyzed, which reflects the role of the state in entrepreneurial activity. The concept of state entrepreneurship and its main characteristics are considered. Conclusion. This article discusses the current problems of advertising project management in the service industry. It has been established that one of the most common methods of service organization is the management of all business processes exclusively by the manufacturer’s personnel. Materials and methods. The application of this methodology is relevant for new and small enterprises or projects where the budget is limited, and the products or functions being implemented are complex and require highly qualified specialists - service services are of great importance in the process of choosing a product by the consumer, the more complex its design and mode of operation. Results. With the increasing popularization of the company and their products, this method begins to create entropy – an increase in the flow of customers contributes to a shortage of working personnel and affects the quality of the organization as a whole. To solve problems of this nature, companies resort to the following solution: open new branches (subsidiaries) or use the services of partner companies. The second most frequent implementation is the «representative method», where the service is provided by the staff of the company’s subsidiaries or partner companies. The choice of methodology for organizing advertising project management systems in the service industry depends on the size of the company and its specification. Conclusion. The article analyzes the data of the current migration situation in the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. The main problem of migration movements is identified and their relevance in the present reality is reflected both in the whole world and in Russia. In particular, the migration movement within the borders of the Russian Federation is considered. One of the main types of migration is considered – internal. Results. With the help of Rosstat data for 2010-2020, the growth trend of migration flows and their impact on the development and economy of the state is characterized. The data of the arriving and departing population within the country were analyzed, as well as the migration growth was calculated and a graph of the dynamics of migration processes in Russia was constructed. The controversial definition of the concept of «migration», the main reasons for its appearance, classification, types and consequences after it are revealed and studied. Calculations of the following indicators were carried out: absolute change, growth coefficient, growth rate, growth rate, value of 1% to increase, - for the entire study period according to the basic and chain indices. Conclusion. Human capital is a key element in improving the well-being, development, and efficiency of the economy in the conditions of the Knowledge Economy. Human resources as the base for the formation of human capital of entrepreneurial organizations. For the management of companies, there are two fundamental approaches to the creation and development of human capital: – external - attracting candidates from the labor market with the required level of competencies; – internal - training and improving the quality of existing employees. To choose a strategy for managing and developing personnel, the management of business organizations needs to understand the current situation and have a forecast of the dynamics of factors affecting the situation in the labor market. This will help determine the appropriate strategy for a particular point in time. Even though currently there are scientific studies based on the analysis and forecast of labor market trends. The purpose of the work is to study the current situation and identify key trends in the labor market, based on an analysis of factors affecting the quantity and quality of labor resources. Achieving this goal is possible by solving several tasks: quantitative analysis of the sufficiency of labor resources and the study of predictive values; analysis of the quality of the resources offered in the labor market and their relevance to demand; formulation of proposals for the management of companies to provide highly qualified personnel. Methods and materials. The research methodology is based on general scientific methods: synthesis, analysis and comparison. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study is the understanding of the impact of the current situation in the labor market on the business processes of entrepreneurial organizations. The empirical base is based on a content analysis of literature, publications, and studies of consulting companies on the labor market and human capital of entrepreneurial organizations that are available in the public domain. Research results. The article examines the linguistic situation in modern South Africa after the end of Apartheid. One question is the importance of a concept of mother tongue education in the RSA. What difficulties Afrikaans speakers, mainly the Afrikaners and the Coloureds, have regarding the use of their mother tongue in education and how such challenges can be addressed; does this provide a basis for building a new common cultural, national identity. Materials and methods. The author analyzes several aspects and measures taken by the South African government, by universities and various public organizations in the sphere of education that affect the status and functioning of the Afrikaans language in modern conditions in order to determine the degree of their influence on the linguistic situation in the country. Results. The study showed that the measures taken by the government in the field of language policy, especially with regard to Afrikaans, are clearly at variance with the Constitution, guaranteeing the right to education in the mother tongue, Since the government’s goal is not to support Afrikaans and other language speakers in their desire to preserve linguistic identity, but to impose the English language, the minority language on the multilingual country, which in turn causes discontent among the Afrikaans speakers, that leads to the establishment of civil society organizations and movements for the defense of the mother tongue and the development of secessionist activities among Afrikaners and other linguistic communities among the country. Conclusion.
