Any activity is carried out with a specific purpose, which every organization strives for. Thus, for the majority of the Russian population, wages are the main source of successful economic development of the country. Wages as an economic category is an element of an employee’s income, a form of economic realization of the right of ownership of a resource belonging to him – labor. Purpose of the study. The main objective of the study was to assess the impact of socio-economic factors on the level of wages of workers in Russia. In this article, the factors included the consumer price index and the level of employment of the population. Materials and methods. The work carried out a correlation and regression analysis of indicators that affect the growth rate of the average wage, and also identified those of them that have the greatest impact on wages. Results of the study. The main socio-economic factors affecting the size of the average monthly wage of the population are the level of employment of the population and the subsistence minimum. With an increase in the level of employment, the subsistence minimum and investment in fixed capital, the average wage of the population increases. The highest predicted value of the average monthly wage will be achieved only with the maximum values of the independent variables. The article is devoted to the problem of using the language portfolio in the educational process when teaching students. The importance of the issue of monitoring and evaluating the quality of foreign language training has been very high recently, which is why this topic is relevant for foreign language teachers. Materials and methods. The article discusses the main conditions for using a language portfolio in teaching students, describes the tasks of using a language portfolio and its structure. To conduct the experiment, we have developed our own language portfolio, focused on identifying and understanding the capabilities of students, their individual characteristics and learning preferences, determining self-esteem and motivation for further learning a foreign language. Results. Monitoring and evaluation are associated with the achievement of success in the implementation of the practical role of teaching a foreign language, because of which the opportunities for a favorable impact on the educational and pedagogical process, development in various fields, and diversity in learning have increased. Conclusion. To respond to modern challenges in the field of education in Russia, an educational organization of a new type, University 2035, was created. The article describes the technological capabilities of the institutional transformation of education using the example of a digital platform developed by University of 2035. Materials and methods. The article describes the route of the user of the University platform 2035 in the formation of a personal development trajectory, outlines the principles of data processing about the listener. Results. It is shown that such platform services as digital diagnostics of a student, collection, and analysis of digital footprint, as well as creating a digital profile of competencies make it possible to form and correct trajectory of human development, which makes it possible to acquire the competencies of the most relevant technologies of the modern world most effectively. Conclusion.
