In order to master the changing law of corn market, realize reasonable regulation and control, and promote the stable development of the market, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the influencing factors of corn price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province. Based on the data of Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2021, in the present study, the main factors affecting the price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province was explored by using factor analysis method. Eight indexes including corn yield, production cost, disaster-affected area, disposable income of rural residents, disposable income of urban residents, corn demand, wheat price index and consumer price were selected as factors affecting corn price fluctuation. Results showed that the disaster area and corn demand were the main factors affecting the corn price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province, and the disposable income of urban and rural residents had little impact on the corn price fluctuation. Governments and industry groups can therefore take preventive measures to limit the impact of major climate events on corn markets and economies. It also assesses the appropriate proportion of corn used for feed and energy production to ensure adequate supply and stable prices.\u0000Bangladesh J. Results showed that the number of species, total number and coverage of Soil Remediation + Vetiver + Sea-buckthorn (AH) treatment were 13, 298 and 89.8%, respectively, which were significantly higher than other treatments. Soil water content in different treatments was the highest at 20 cm. The pH value of the different treatments decreased significantly, and the pH value of AH was the lowest (7.14). The total nitrogen (TN) content of GH and GS were the highest, which were 0.54 and 0.51 g/kg, respectively. The contents of phosphorus (P) and available potassium (K) were the highest in AX treatment, reaching 57.1 and 194 mg/kg. Treatment with different inoculants significantly increased soil enzyme activity. The urease activity of GH was the highest, which was 0.872 mg/g. The sucrase activity and catalase content of AH and AX were the highest, which were 8.99, 8.53 mg/g and 2.145 ml/g, 1.872 ml/g, respectively. The phosphatase activities of QH and AH treatments were the highest at 234 and 229 mg/g, which were 6 times and 5.9 times than that of CK. Comprehensive analysis showed that microbial inoculum + mixed seeding mode can effectively improve soil fertility and enzyme activity, and the effect of AH was the best.\u0000Bangladesh J. The climate parameters include cumulative daily sunshine hours (S), mean daily temperature (T), cumulative daily precipitation (P), mean daily relative humidity (H), daily highest and lowest temperatures (Th and Tl), days of high temperatures (DT ≥ 30℃ and DTh ≥ 35℃) and low temperature (DTl < 15℃). Results showed that: (i) Late-rice yield was significantly increased quadratically from 5621.33 kg hm2 in 2010 to 6333.65 kg hm2 in 2019 with a mean of 5959.2 kg hm2. (ii ) According to the suitable climate conditions for growth of late-rice, T and P were low but H was suitable in the whole field growth period of late-rice, T was suitable in the transplanting-tillering stage, but was low in the booting-heading and milk ripening-mature stage. DT ≥ 30℃, DTh ≥ 35℃ and DTl < 15℃ was meanly 7.7, 7.5 and 6.4 d, respectively, which showed possible occurrence of the damages to late-rice due to high and low temperatures. iii) Only T, Th and Tl in the booting-heading stage showed significant positive correlation with year, and the optimal regression models were in quadratic and exponential types. The climate parameters of S, T and Th in the boot-heading stage were significantly positively correlated with late-rice yield, and the optimal regression models were all in quadratic types. Results showed that the coefficient of variation (CV) of each index in the study area was generally small, the variation degree of soil organic carbon content was the highest, and the variation degree of catalase activity and maize yield was the least. After the implementation of the gully land consolidation, the CV of each index in the gully showed a decreasing trend, and the distribution of each index in the gully tended to be uniform. With the increase of remediation years, SOC content, soil enzyme activity and maize first yield showed a trend of decrease and then increase, and the change trend of each index was slightly different at gully head, the middle of gully and the gully outlet, the change is significant. At the gully head, the SOC content did not return to the level of 0a after 8a of remediation, and the other indicators returned to the level of 0a or higher than that of 0a. At the gully head, at p < 0.05 level, maize yield showed a very significant positive correlation with catalase activity, and a negative correlation with protease activity. In the middle of gully, there was a significant positive correlation with organic carbon content, soil protease and catalase activities, and it was negatively correlated with dehydrogenase activity but not significantly. Results showed that there were differences in the ability of crops to accumulate various elements in the soil. The absorption capacity of Se, Cd and Zn elements was strong, while the bioaccumulation ability of As, Pb and Cr elements was weak. The contents of Cr, As and Hg were the highest in rice, which were significantly higher than those in root vegetables and corn. The contents of Cd, Cu and Pb in root vegetables were the highest, significantly higher than those in rice and corn. The content of various elements in crops and root soil had a different intensity correlation. Generally speaking, the content of various elements in crops increased with the increase of root soil element content to a certain extent. Parchinensis) was detected through a near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy–based nondestructive technique. Four common species of seed-borne fungi namely, Penicillium decumbens, Penicillium namyslowskii, Lichtheimia corymbifera, and Aspergillus niger were found to grow in choy sum in southern China. A novel finding was that P. decumbens had the greatest inhibition of the germination of Choy sum seeds, resulting in a non-germination rate exceeding 62.8%. The existing standardized seed sterilization treatment failed to completely kill P. decumbens, so a way to nondestructively identify and filter out P. decumbens–infected seeds wereevolved is urgently needed. Near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy–based partial least squares–discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model achieved a discrimination accuracy of 95% in on-line nondestructive detection of P. decumbens–infected choy sum seeds. By detailing the design and application of an innovative product, this study lays a foundation for the development of intelligent equipment, and it provides a decision-making basis for seed breeding industrialization and germplasm supervision.
