In the present study, one F3H gene (P_edulia040010337.g) from Passiflora edulis Sims, which has a coding sequence (CDS) of 1161 bp, encoding a protein consisting of 386 amino acid residues was cloned. The PeF3H protein contains a non-heme dioxygenase (DIOX-N superfamily) domain and a typical F3H protein functional domain (2OG-FeII-Oxy dioxygenase). Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the PeF3H protein shared high similarity with F3H proteins in Turnera subulata, Populus alba, and Populus tomentosa, with 88% identities of amino acid sequences. The PeF3H protein lacks a transmembrane structure, indicating it is likely to be expressed in the mitochondria. Additionally, 3D structure, protein and protein interaction, and KEGG pathway of PeF3H were anticipated based on homologous proteins. qRT-PCR analysis showed that PeF3H was highly expressed in leaves, followed by stems and roots. These studies have provided insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying flavonoid biosynthesis and predicted potential targets for genetic engineering to improve the nutritional and medicinal properties of passion fruit. Results showed that the coefficients of variation of soil physical and chemical indicators in the study area were in the descending order: the soil fertility status showed a trend of increasing with decreasing terrain and increasing rivers. The high fertility areas were mainly distributed in the northwest and northeast of the plain area, while the low fertility areas were mainly distributed in the southeastern hilly and mountainous areas and in the western low-lying areas, and the transitional areas surrounded the low-fertility areas. At least 88.89% of the Cd samples and 98.61% of the Cr samples out of the eight heavy metals, Cd, Hg, As, Pb, Cr, Ni, Cu, and Zn, belonged to the priority protection class, while 11.11% of the Cd samples and 1.39% of the Cr samples belonged to the safe use class. The overall distribution of soil quality was similar to that of soil fertility status, while the distribution range of low-quality soil in the southeastern part was smaller and more concentrated. The above research results indicate that the introduction of the classification results of soil pollution risk control types generally reduces the soil fertility status correction and changes the spatial distribution pattern of the original soil fertility status to some extent. The correlation analysis of field canopy spectrum, first derivative spectrum, hyperspectral parameters and vegetation index with the nitrogen content of tobacco leaves was carried out one by one, and the prediction model was established by multiple linear regression using the variables with the best correlation coefficient. Results showed that the first derivative spectrum, EVI II and green peak position had strong correlation, which is suitable for introducing multivariate equations as independent variables. Finally, the modeling determination coefficient (R2) was 0.66, RMSE was 0.40, and MAPE was 11%. The validation results showed that R2 was 0.73, RMSE was 0.38, and MAPE was 8.33%, which proved that this model could accurately predict the nitrogen content of tobacco leaves and could meet the requirements of large-scale statistical monitoring of tobacco quality indicators in the field. Two types of loose materials, vermiculite and shale, were chosen. The addition ratio of loose materials and sediment were set to 1:1, 1:2, 1:5. Results showed that, the sediment after adding vermiculite was more conducive to the growth of ryegrass, and when the addition ratio was 1:1 and 1:2, the growth conditions of ryegrass were the best. The fresh weight of ryegrass in the treatment with the ratio of vermiculite and sediment at 1:1 increased by 43.94% compared to that in pure sediment; In the treatment with the ratio of 1:2, the plant height increased the most, which was 6 cm higher than that in pure sediment; When large amount of loose materials were added, the moisture content of the sediment increased compared to the pure sediment treatment; after the addition of loose materials, the bulk density of the sediment decreased, and the addition of too large amount would easily lead to a low bulk density, which was not conducive to water and fertilizer retention; The addition of vermiculite can reduce the bottom sediment.\u0000Bangladesh J. On this basis, the vegetation coverage in the study area was estimated and graded according to the binary pixel model, and the dynamic changes of vegetation coverage in the study area from 2013 to 2017 were quantitatively analyzed. Results showed that the overall NDVI value in the study area increased from 2013 to 2017. The vegetation cover in the study area is dominated by extremely high vegetation cover. The coverage area of low, medium and high vegetation cover decreases, and the coverage area of extremely high and extremely low vegetation cover increases. The coverage area of high vegetation and extremely high vegetation cover accounts for more than 75% of the study area. The study area showed a transfer trend of extremely low vegetation→low vegetation→medium vegetation→high vegetation coverage. The vegetation coverage generally developed to a good trend, but there was also a transfer of high vegetation coverage to medium vegetation coverage. The areas with the greatest changes in the study area are mainly concentrated in the northwest and near the southern Damagou, and the high NDVI area of Ziwuling National Nature Reserve has moved eastward and narrowed.
