No obstante, cada una de ellas ofrece respuestas distintas al problema de inestabilidad en la toma de decisiones. En este trabajo se clarifican las similitudes y diferencias entre estas dos teorias. La eleccion social asume una situacion de agregacion de preferencias individuales, en donde los individuos tienen preferencias ordinales preestablecidas y donde los actores no interactuan entre si. En cambio, la eleccion publica sostiene que las decisiones politicas son resultados de interaccion, especialmente de intercambios entre los actores politicos que valoran los temas con distintas intensidades EnglishSocial Choice and Public Choice are theories that share theoretical assumptions. Nevertheless, each one offers different solutions to the instability problem of decision making. This article seeks to clarify the similarities and differences between these theories. Se trata de una experiencia que vale la pena relatar porque esta llena de matices, de avances y retrocesos que obligan a un constante cambio de estrategias como las que supone pasar de una organizacion sindical a otra cooperativa y finalmente a manejar ambas formas de participacion social, sin perder de vista que lo determinante, en ultima instancia, es lograr la apropiacion directa del valor generado en el proceso productivo EnglishThis document sets out, in general terms, the process of development of the Cooperative Society of Democratic Workers of the West, from its origins in the Unique Revolutionary Union of Euzkadi Workers at the beginning of the 1930 decade, to the present, in order to highlight the way in which that organism has overcome the challenges that the economic and political context of the country has raised at different times of its historical evolution. It is an experience worth telling because it is full of nuances, of advances and setbacks that force a constant change of strategies such as those that it means moving from one union organization to another cooperative, and finally managing both forms of social participation without losing sight of that the most important, ultimately, is to achieve the direct appropriation of the value generated in the productive process","PeriodicalId":84674,"journal":{"name":"Espiral (Guadalajara, Mexico)","volume":"1 1","pages":"213-248"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83136355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The information was collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews. The information was coded and categorized by identifying one or more text passages with a theme and relating it to a code. We found a fragmentation of agendas and mechanisms for public action by civil actors in a political environment characterized by a sub-national authoritarianism that prevents the construction of dissident political agendas, and a lack of specialized knowledge about the problem of climate change by local activists. For climate science information to be assimilated, it must actively communicate in the appropriate language, seeking participatory mechanisms that generate reliable and transparent data production, and that strengthen the emergence of a common environmentalist agenda","PeriodicalId":84674,"journal":{"name":"Espiral (Guadalajara, Mexico)","volume":"62 1","pages":"291-328"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84730068","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its strength, intelligence, ability to manage resources, as well as its ability to care for others and the environment that surrounds it make it the engine of sustainable human development. However, one of the obstacles that millions of women around the world have to face is the poor recognition of their rights in all areas, making them susceptible to situations of discrimination, violence and social exclusion. Although great progress has been made in the last 40 years in incorporating the gender perspective in international agendas, there are still important challenges regarding their equal and full participation in international society. For this reason, we carried out an analysis on the incorporation of a gender perspective in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting the importance of women's participation in each of the SDGs. Therefore, this work aims to analyze the incorporation of the gender perspective in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting the importance of women's participation in each of the SDGs and determining the challenges that arise in the implementation of the SDGs from a gender perspective.
