The types of questions were divided into questions to confirm information, questions to form understanding, and questions to promote reflection. The question-answer series were divided into independence relation, parallel relation, insertion relation and reconstruction relation. The subjects of this study were 14 pre-service biology teachers. As a result of analyzing the types of questions used by pre-service biology teachers, the questions that provided information were most frequently used. As a result of analyzing question-answer series, independence relation was most utilized. And next, parallel relation, reconstruction relation, insertion relation was utilized. These results showed that pre-service biology teachers are very limited in their ability to use the questions. Various teaching materials should be developed to encourage students to express themselves more creatively. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop teaching-learning materials for the class of writing at high schools based on the 2015 revision curriculum. The teaching-learning materials were developed based on the key concepts and sections of 『Life Science I』 under the revised curriculum in 2015. Prior to this, we analyzed materials suggesting scientific writing in eight types of textbooks, including 2015 revision 『Life Science I』. The analytical framework was divided into descriptive and demonstrative formats, which were subdivided into nine formats. The analysis results showed that the most explained forms of science writing were presented in descriptive form, and among the analytical framework, the most descriptive sub-categories of task resolution, causal presentation. Based on the analysis results, the 2015 revision to the section of 『Life Science I』 Life Sciences Ito present various forms of science writing was developed. We hope developed materials will be utilized for practical learning, so that students can use them as Life Science writing materials for creative problem solving. High school students were administered in a four-weeks-learning program composed of 24 VR contents on life science. After analyzing changes in student’s brain connectivity involved in VR characteristics, we found some significant changes on adolescents’ brain connectivities related to learning motivation, immersion, and dizziness. However, there was no difference in their brain structure related to addiction and social interaction with the VR contents. Based on these results, VR contents for learning life science is presumable useful to develop student’s brain connectivities related to learning motivation and immersion, Otherwise, there was no influence on adolescent’s brain structure of addiction and social interaction by a long-term usage of VR contents. For this we developed the SW-STEAM program using unplugged computing about the unit of the structure and function of our body on the 2009 revised curriculum in elementary science 5th grade. The participants of this study were 5th grade students of S elementary school located in B city, and they were engaged in different instruction during 12 class hours (SW-STEAM program: n=22, traditional instruction: n=22). The main results of this study were as follows: The SW-STEAM program had a positive effect on elementary school students’ self-efficacy, scientific interest, science achievement.
