Its formation proceeds with the participation of both the esophageal musculature (circular layer) and gastric musculature (gastro-esophageal fibers of the oblique muscular layer). Two morphofunctional types were established with special reference to ultrastructural features of the macrophages and morphometrical characteristics of organelles of these cells. The first type includes macrophages with a strong lysosomal apparatus and great amount of phagosomes containing a muscular dendritis. They are responsible for phagocytic functions and facilitate debridement of the wound from tissue disintegration products. The second (secretory) type is the cells with the developed granular endoplasmic reticulum which can exert a regulatory influence on processes of reparative regeneration of the skeletal muscles. Immunomodulators influence the level of the development of organelles of both types of macrophages which facilitates the earlier development of regeneration processes and wound healing.</p>","PeriodicalId":8379,"journal":{"name":"Arkhiv anatomii, gistologii i embriologii","volume":"101 11-12","pages":"35-41"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1991-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"13006814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The auditory port of this kind of cortex is characterized by pyramidization of all the layers (layer IV included), thick layer I, two sublayers in layer III which is typical of other semiaquatic and aquatic mammals. Synaptoarchitechtonics of this part of the neocortex may be compared with that of other aquatic, semiaquatic and terrestrial mammals. The investigation of the state of neurons of the auditory portion of the cortex of Pusa sibirica during induced 18-min hypoxia has shown that the alterations in the neurons are of functional and reversible character. The axosomatic synapses remained most intact. The alterations in the auditory portion of the neo-cortex of Pusa sibirica evidences high level of adaptive reactions to hypoxia associated with the adaptation of these mammals to diving and fixed in the evolutionary process.</p>","PeriodicalId":8379,"journal":{"name":"Arkhiv anatomii, gistologii i embriologii","volume":"101 11-12","pages":"18-25"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1991-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"13007564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The latter are demonstrated as decrease of secretory membranes balance in the cell, of quantitative density of mitochondria, of crysts area, of matrix vacuolization.
