This type of research is quantitative correlational. The variables in this study are self efficacy (x) and subjective well being (y). The study was conducted at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School, Sidoarjo with a population of 190 teenage students. a sample of 123 teenage students using simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale with a Likert scaling model, namely the self-efficacy scale and the subjective well-being scale. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and subjective well-being in adolescent students at Pondok An-Nur Sidoarjo. Data analysis used product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of data analysis correlation value of 0.883 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and subjective well-being in adolescent students at Pondok An-Nur Sidoarjo. The higher the self efficacy, the higher the subjective well being. This study aims to determine how the influence of the \"Marbel Reading\" Game Application on the Beginning Reading Ability of Grade 1 Students. This type of research is a quantitative research with a pre-experimental research method One Group Pretest-Postest using all first grade students of SD Islam Nurul Hikam Banjarbendo. consisting of 20 students. Sampling with non-probability techniques. The research instrument used was in the form of multiple choice test questions regarding early reading skills. Data analysis using normality test, t-test, and eta square test. Based on the results of the pretest-posttest get an average value of 31.80. The minimum score is 55.7. The maximum score is 87.5, the statistical standard deviation is 12,547, and the standard deviation error is 2.806. The results of the paired sample t-test concluded that the value was 0.000, meaning the value of sig <0.05, then there was an effect of variable X on variable Y. Then the eta-square test concluded that the value was 0.244, which means the value of sig t 0.14 means that there is a big influence. It is hoped that the results of this study can have a positive impact on its users. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which produces data in the form of written words from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The application of the Yanbu'a model used 3 classical models, sorogan, and tadarus. Although the learning of the Qur'an was carried out well, phonological errors were found in the pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters, namely consonant errors and vowel errors. (2) The supporting factors are in practice using many variations and supported by khataman activities and giving awards to students who have achieved the memorization target. This type of research is qualitative using a naturalistic approach. Sources of data obtained are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. While the technique of data analysis and interpretation by means of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study reveal that students choose Islamic boarding schools as a means of forming Islamic character because they get encouragement from their parents. In addition, there is self-motivation. Because every parent wants a child who has noble character, is good at the Koran, avoids negative actions and is able to know the teachings of Islam widely. Factors that motivate students to choose Islamic boarding schools as a means of character building are dominated by external factors. The factors that encourage students to choose Islamic boarding schools are factors from their parents and factors that grow from within themselves. The same applies to teenage students who live in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to determine the description of subjective well being in adolescent students at Pondok Pesantren An - Nur Sidoarjo. The number of subjects in this study were 123 students using the proportional stratified random sampling technique from 190 total populations. Collecting data using a Likert scale model on the subjective well being variable. The research analysis uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and utilizes the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that most of the subjective well being students are in the moderate category with a percentage of 38% of 47 students. The next result is a description of subjective well being based on gender and age. Subjective well being based on gender shows that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.023 <0.05, then there is a significant difference between the subjective well being of male students. The results of this study indicate that: planning for e-learning-based maharah qira'ah includes: socialization activities, providing training and guidelines, preparing learning materials, Semester Learning Plans (RPS), and filling in e-learning. The implementation of learning uses the reading method. The learning evaluation includes: assignment, UTS, UAS and individual evaluation. Supporting factors: the use of supporting applications, flexible e-learning characters, UMSIDA wifi facilities, quotas from UMSIDA and the government and the presence of electronic devices. This research uses sample data collection through questionnaires. With the number of respondents 125 guardians of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 boarding school Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. For data analysis in this study using statistical techniques Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate 2 direct effects are significant, 1 direct effect is not significant. Namely Marketing Mix (X) on parents 'decision to choose school (Y), Marketing Mix (X) on Word of Mouth (Z) and the direct effect that is not significant, namely Word of Mouth (Z) on parents' decision to choose school (Y) .
