When the rotor is rotated around its own axis, static and dynamic unbalance in the rotor, static and dynamic bending, which are simple harmonic movements in nature, cause oscillating motion. This harmonic motion of the static and dynamic elasticities is detected by the respective sensors and converts the mechanical input of the harmonic motion proportionally to the electrical voltage output. These readings are used to calculate the current static and dynamic unbalance in the rotor using the calibration constants. In this study, we designed a new balancing machine by using Arduino and MATLAB program and gave analysis results.","PeriodicalId":7757,"journal":{"name":"Anadolu University Journal of Science and Technology-A Applied Sciences and Engineering","volume":"17 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79223484","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) tests are mostly applied to detect people who have this disease. However, in some cases, it is necessary to wait twenty-four hours for the results of this test. In such cases, the treatment and isolation process of the patient may be delayed. Therefore, the rapid commencement of treatment and isolation process by analyzing the symptoms, are of great importance. Using data mining methods can be carried out quickly specify analysis. Association rule algorithms are also among data mining methods. The most common SETM, AIS and Apriori association rule algorithms are encountered. The most widely used is the Apriori association algorithm. Using this algorithm, the frequency and association rates of the data are found in the data set. In this study, it has been shown that association rules calculated by Apriori algorithm can be used in the diagnosis of COVID-19. By using the COVID-19 Survilance data set, the association rates of the disease symptoms specified in the ICD (International Classification of Diseases) International Classification of Diseases codes were determined. According to the results obtained; it has been observed that the patients with these symptoms are 100% definitely infected with COVID-19 disease when the disease symptoms represented by the A01, A02 and A04 disease codes are together.","PeriodicalId":7757,"journal":{"name":"Anadolu University Journal of Science and Technology-A Applied Sciences and Engineering","volume":"88 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88951312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The convex hull of a finite number of polynomials of the same order is called a polynomial polytope. By the Edge theorem, a polynomial polytope with the invariant degree is Hurwitz stable if and only if all edges are Hurwitz stable. Due to the Edge Theorem, the segment stability criterions are of great importance. In this paper, we consider a construction of stable polytopes by using the Segment Lemma. It is constructed stable polytopes with nonzero volumes. The obtained results can be used, for example, in the stabilization problems of unstable transfer functions by lower-order controllers.","PeriodicalId":7757,"journal":{"name":"Anadolu University Journal of Science and Technology-A Applied Sciences and Engineering","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75259796","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After getting Lagrange interpolation, extremum points, turning points (if exists) could be found. Also for some intermediate level, its estimate values could be found. Furthermore, for a desired result value, its intermediate level could be estimated. The graphs of Lagrange interpolation were given. The standard errors with confidence level 95% of the values mentioned above could be estimated by using Lagrange interpolation technique. The graphs of standard errors were given.
