South Suco Makassar subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita di PT. South Suco Makassar sebanyak 100 orang karyawati. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non random secara purposive. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan skala konflik peran ganda dan skala stres kerja. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan Lisrel 87.0 dan Spss 20,0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisa penelitian diperoleh Thitung > Ttabel (4,141 > 3,392) dengan signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan wanita di PT. South Suco Makassar. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai R=0,386; R²=0,149 yang di tafsirkan bahwa variabel bebas X memiliki pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 0,149 atau 14,9% terhadap variabel Y dan 85,1% lainnya dipengaruhi Oleh variabel lain yang tidak menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini.\u0000This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict on work stress on female employees at PT. South Suco Makassar the subjects of this study are female employees at PT. South Suco Makassar as many as 100 employees. The sampling technique used non-random purposively. The research data were collected using multiple role conflict scale and work stress scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression with the help of Lisrel 87.0 and Spss 20.0 for windows. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was obtained that tcount> ttable (4.141> 3.392) with a significance greater than 0.05, namely 0.000, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of multiple role conflict on work stress on female employees at PT. . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan data sekunder pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Majene tahun 2014-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (a) pendapatan perkapita berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Majene Tahun 2014-2018. Pertumbuhan pendapatan perkapita dengan trend positif dapat meningkatkan jumlah pendapatan asli daerah. (b) Jumlah perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Majene Tahun 2014-2018. Semakin banyak jumlah perusahaan maka akan menambah kontribusi pajak ke Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Majene. (c) Jumlah penduduk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Majene Tahun 2014-2018. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk akan meningkatkan pendapatan yang ditarik dari subyek pajak (penduduk) secara berkesinambungan. (d) Pendapatan perkapita merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam berkontribusi meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Majene Tahun 2014-2018.\u0000This research aims to determine (a) the influence of percapita income on local own-source revenue. (b) the effect of the number of companies on local own-source revenue. (c) the effect of population on local own-source revenue. (d) the dominant factor that affects local own-source revenue. This research is causal, structured and systematic type of study which determines the cause-effect relationship of several variables. The data collection technique uses literature study and secondary data of local own-source revenue from Majene Regency between 2014 and 2018. The results showed that (a) Per capita income had a positive and significant effect on the local own-source revenue of Majene Regency in 2014-2018. The growth of per capita income with a positive trend can increase the amount of local own-source revenue. (b) The number of companies had a positive and significant effect on the local own-source revenue of Majene Regency in 2014-2018. The more companies that were established, the more tax contribution will be added to the Regional Government of Majene Regency. Adapun metode penelitian yakni penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, kusioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dari tabel coefients diperoleh nilai signifikansi X1 sebesar 0,122 < 0.05, nilai signifikansi X2 sebesar 0.099 < 0.05 dan nilai signifikansi X3 sebesar 0.063 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X (motivasi kestrinsi, motivasi intrinsic dan budaya organisasi) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (kinerja).\u0000This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance behavior at Hotel Ayana Komodo Resort Waecicu Beach and to analyze the influence of organization culture on employee performance at Hotel Ayana Komodo Resort Weicicu Beach. The research method is causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The data is collected by using observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, jumlah sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan olah data SPSS 21 untuk membuktikan tiga hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasemua variable bebas secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Diartikansemakin baik suasana dalam lingkungan kerja, serta adanya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja tinggi akan memberikan dampak baik bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik.\u0000This study aims to (1) determine the influence of work environment on employee performance, (2) determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the head office of cenrana district, Maros Regency. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, with the total sample of 30 people. This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the Cenrana District Office, Maros Regency. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh Komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui interview dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Camba berjumlah sebanyak 57 orang pegawai, sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel meng-gunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisisi jalur (Path analisis), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi berarti semakin puas pegawai dalam bekerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya semakin baik penataan lingkungan kerja maka kepuasan kerja akan semakin meningkat. (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai, (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin baik penataan lingkungan kerja maka akan mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin pegawai merasa puas maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Jumlah responden sebanyak 222 orang yaitu pegawai dan peserta pelatihan yang dilakukan pada kantor tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda melalui pendekatan jalur atau path. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap efektivitas program diklat dan kinerja ASN secara langsung, artinya koefisien regresi yang dihasilakan bertanda positif dengan tingkat signifikan yang lebih kecil dari signifikasi standar jika dihubungkan secara langsung atau tanpa dimediasi variable lain. Efektifitas program diklat juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap kinerja ASN secara langsung, koefisien regresi yang dihasilakan bertanda positif dengan tingkat signifikan yang lebih kecil dari signifikasi standar jika dihubungkan secara langsung atau tanpa dimediasi variable lain. Untuk mengukur hubungan tidak langsung antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat hasil yang ditunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat. Hubungan tidak langsung memiliki koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dari hubungan langsung yang terjadi. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai koefisien total yang lebih besar.\u0000The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of education and training on the performance of ASN through the effectiveness of the education and training program at Regional PPSDM Minstry of Home Affairs Makassar. The number of respondents was 222 people consisting of employees and trainees, conducted at the office. The data was analysed using multiple regression analysis through the path approach. The results show that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the training program and ASN performance directly. The effectiveness of the training program also has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance directly. To measure the indirect relationship between education and training on ASN performance through the effectiveness of the education and training program, a second regression was conducted. The results show that education and training have a positive and significant relationship to ASN performance through the effectiveness of the education and training program. Indirect relationship has a regression coefficient that is greater than the direct relationship that occurs. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan model uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendeteksi kecurangan. Kemampuan berpikir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendeteksi kecurangan. Analisis tugas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendeteksi kecurangan. Pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendeteksi kecurangan. Tekanan waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendeteksi kecurangan. Hal ini menjadi bukti empiric bahwa indikator-indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk pendeteksian kecurangan di Inspektorat Kabupaten Pinrang. Dari hasil uji regresi dapat dilihat bahwa variabel pengetahuan, kemampuan berpikir, analisis tugas, pengalaman, tekanan waktu yang lebih kuat mempengaruhi pendeteksian kecurangan oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Pinrang.\u0000This study is to determine the influence of Knowledge, Thinking Skill, Task Analysis, Experience, Time Pressure and Detection of Fraud in the Inspectorate of Pinrang Regency. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the t-test and F-test models. From the results of multiple linear regression test, it is known that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection. Thinking skill has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection. Task analysis has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection. Experience has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection. Time pressure has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection. This is empiric evidence that the indicators used in this study can be used as a tool for detecting fraud in the Inspectorate of Pinrang Regency. Electronic Procurement is very vital in achievement of organizations objectives. Electronic procurement involves more than online transactions. E-procurement delivers a very manageable and orderly method to provide a clear path in communicating with vendors during transactions. Despite their crucial role in improving people’s lives and alleviating poverty, most non-governmental organizations have been recording poor performance. The general objective of the study was to establish the relationship of electronic procurement and performance of organizations in non-governmental organizations in Kenya. The specific objectives for the study were to establish how e-sourcing, e-ordering, e-invoicing and e-payment relates to performance of an organization. This study was guided by four theories namely, Disruptive Innovation Theory, Diffusion of Innovation Theory, Technology Acceptance Model Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior. The study adopted descriptive research design. The target population for the study was 135 participants. Census survey was employed whereby the entire population of 135 procurement staff were required to participate. Both open ended and close ended questionnaires were used to collect primary data. The study collected data through drop and pick method. Validity of the questionnaire were tested using content validity whereas reliability was tested using Cronbach’s Alpha. Quantitative data was analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS Version 24 while qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis. Descriptive statistics was presented in frequency distributions tables and percentages. Inferential statistics such as correlation and regression were applied to assess the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. All ethical considerations were observed especially confidentiality, anonymity, consent and avoidance of biasness. The study revealed that there was a strong significant correlation between e-sourcing and performance, a medium significant correlation between e-ordering and performance, a strong significant correlation between e-invoicing and performance and a strong significant correlation between e-payment and performance. The study concluded that electronic procurement and performance of organizations was indeed related and it was recommended that all procurement systems be made mandatory and that the procurement teams be well trained on all systems used to ensure efficiency is achieved through use of e-procurement.
