Interest as a fixed cost component originating from the aspect of meeting financial leverage (financial leverage) will have implications for the company's systematic risk. On this basis, this study aims to examine how the impact of leverage (on Islamic financial institutions which normatively does not have financial leverage) on the systematic risk of companies. This study uses data derived from Islamic bank financial reports for the period 2014 2018, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which is summarized in the ICMD. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with partial least square (PLS) to get an overview of the relationship and impact of leverage on company systematic risk (ß). Research conducted to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on consumer satisfaction in conducting vehicle services at AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari. The data used are primary data using questionnaire distribution techniques and conducting interviews. For this study the sample obtained amounted to 35 respondents, as well as by purposive sampling technique as for the criterion is someone who has serviced vehicles in AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari, this research was conducted in February 2020. The decline in the trade sector due to the COVID-19 pandemic does not only affect large-scale industries. The Small and Medium Enterprises sector is also affected by the impact of the implementation of various policies in place to anticipate the spread of this virus. This study aims to provide an overview of government policies and business strategies for South Korean SMEs in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic and this study is also expected to provide input for the Government to design appropriate, fast and quality economic recovery programs for SMEs affected by COVID-19. . This paper uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out through literature study / literature study and interviews with the Republic of Indonesia Trade Representative in South Korea. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, dan data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner pada 100 nasabah BRI di kota Surabaya. Dengan tehnik analisis data Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan bantuan alat WarpPLS, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keamanan dan kepuasan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Sementara keandalan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah karena payroll perusahaan tempat kerja mayoritas responden melalui BRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 466 karyawan dan sampel 100 karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti dengan menggunakan teknik sampling propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial.
