It draws particularly the wedding songs pragmatics in societies in which communication is an oral cultural basis. From these views, the topic elaborates cultural perception of a certain community, regarding wedding songs to illustrate a handful of characteristics of civilized rules held by the tradition. This topic treats from the view of pragmatic meaning the problem of wedding songs in which, an extracted version is taken from informants to analyze the impact of these oral communication characteristics. Pragmatically, the analysis has thus outlined many communicative aspects to convey knowledge, to inherit social and cultural practices, and to educate the young generation, while serving adults as guides. BIM technology is used in ventilation and air conditioning design, which changes the limitations of traditional design. In the new period, it improves the construction efficiency and quality of HVAC engineering and optimizes the air conditioning performance. This paper mainly analyzes the application of BIM technology in HVAC design, and introduces the application of BIM technology in HVAC design in detail by introducing the characteristics of BIM technology. Keywords: BIM technology HVAC technology application Introduction: With the continuous development of information technology, HVAC design technology has also made continuous progress. In recent years, BIM technology has been used in HVAC design and played an important role. With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, HVAC has appeared in people’s lives more frequently. The combination of BIM technology and HVAC design of air conditioning is conducive to promoting the connection between different professional fields in HVAC design and further improving HVAC design. Therefore, in order to give full play to the advantages of BIM technology in HVAC design, relevant departments and staff should strengthen the application research of BIM technology. However, there are many problems in the application of BIM technology, and the phenomenon of energy waste is serious, which is not conducive to China’s economic development. The syntactic rules that govern a language are influential in the structures. Within sentences particularly, verbs hold main roles in the tense rules system. This lead to comparing verbal constructs, while considering the present tense systems. With a method of data collection, a corpus is set in both languages for verbs’ characteristics. Indeed, have shown that the verbs’ occurrences as constituents in sentences vary thanks to the aspects and modalities. In this era of short video fast food, movies and TV series have become the benchmark in the cultural field with their mature scripts, careful shooting and large investment of funds and personnel. The copyright protection of movies and TV series is the foundation for the long-term development of China’s film and television industry, and has a great impact on the development of China’s cultural industry. With film and television dramas becoming increasingly popular subjects for short-form video creation on the Internet, short-form video users and film and television drama creators have formed a fierce collision of rights. However, in practice, the copyright protection of film and television series is faced with such problems as high creation costs and low transport costs, high difficulty and high cost for platforms to identify infringing videos, and no clear standards for judicial identification of infringement issues. Therefore, based on the concept of the haven principle and the principle of proportion, this paper uses the method of empirical research to analyze the current situation of film and television play copyright protection in our country by combining the Copyright Law and the short video infringement case of the popular the film “Nagatsuko”. However, getting students to participate in research is not easy at all. As a result, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence students’ participation in scientific research. The study was conducted for students at pedagogical universities in Vietnam. The study employed a quantitative approach and a survey sample of 298 students. Cronbach’s Alpha and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) were used in the study to test and develop the scales. Furthermore, Multiple Linear Regression is used to determine the factors influencing students’ participation in scientific research. According to the findings of the study, three groups of factors influencing students’ participation in scientific research include internal factors, external factors, and student characteristics.
