And does drawing still have fundamental significance today? We believe the answer is affirmative. This essay provides three explanations for why drawing was once the foundation of all plastic arts and why it remains significant to us today. Initially, during the Renaissance, Zucarro, understood drawing as a divine process, implying that the artistic method of drawing contains the process of God’s creation of the world. Second, in the discussion of drawings in Louvre, Derrida emphasizes that drawing originates from a blind experience and believes that drawing is a process from darkness to light, drawing has become the model closest to the creation of God in all art. This lends philosophical support to Zucarro’s position. Lastly, media philosopher Vilém Flusser described design as a deceptive transcendence of nature by technology. His comprehension of design is actually close to that of Vasari. For this interpretative phenomenological study, eleven licensed clinicians participated in in-depth, semi-structured interviews that utilized multicultural counseling and vicarious trauma theories. Results were presented in superordinate and subordinate themes. The results give context to the developmental process participants experienced and insight into the changes in clinical conceptualization and transformative professional identity which emerged from the challenges and areas of support they experienced during each stage of their professional progression. The online field investigation of the Xuzhou chained woman incident shows that public opinion and governance actions of the state were focused on the governance of trafficking crimes, while the core issue of rights protection for women with mental disorders has been ignored, reflecting the dependence of social governance and human rights protection on the path of criminal law in China. Financing terrorism in the last two decades has become more complicated worldwide due to the involvement of individuals and networks, partly by misusing religious charity. This study seeks to raise their modus, government countermeasures and challenges in Indonesia. It used terrorist financing theories and a qualitative approach with multi-data collection methods. It found that in the last two decades, terrorist groups in Indonesia, including Jemaah Islamiyah (JI), Jemaah Ansharu Daulah (JAD), and Jemaah Ansharu Khilafah have misused Islamic charities for terrorism actions, including training, falsifying data, purchasing weapons and explosive material, and travelling to conflicting zones. They capitalized on Islamic narratives to cover their terror mission. The Indonesian government has taken strategies and measures to address terrorism financing, such as ratifying international regulations, making follow-up regulations, establishing taskforce and enforcing the laws, covering investigating leaders, arresting the suspecting leaders and freezing the organizations.
