Outcomes-based teaching method is oriented by students’ learning output, which has been applied in education for decades. Students achieve the outcomes through communication, cooperation, and exploration from which their initiative, confidence, and learning ability are improved. It is instructive to help student both develop language skills as well as enrich the knowledge of Chinese traditional culture. This paper explores the necessity of moral education and relates them to College English course on the basis of outcomes-based teaching method. Virologists around the world are working hard to eradicate it. Vaccines and treatment methods have been found, which cannot be accomplished without the joint efforts of the world virologist community. Naturally, facilitating global communication would help advance the research. This paper analyzes syntactical features of English virology texts and finds that: In these texts, verbs and postpositive attributes are used frequently, complicated logic needs careful analysis, and personification is often used. In recent years, the lack of “masculinity” has attracted more and more attention from the society, which has become a hot topic at present. The lack of “masculinity” is also closely related to the problems of adolescent mental health. By analyzing the causes of the lack of youth “masculinity”, this paper makes clear the mission of the times that school sports should undertake in the process of shaping youth “masculinity” in the new era: (1) strengthen the top-level design of policy and pay attention to policy guarantee; (2) integrated education of physical education and moral education, focusing on the training of students’ sense of responsibility and moral responsibility; (3) improve the competition system, promote learning by “competition”, and promote teaching by “competition” to strengthen physical quality practice and build up physical and mental health quality; (4) strengthen the condition guarantee: “matching” and “strengthening” physical education teachers, reform the physical education teaching content, strengthen the school physical education curriculum system. It seems to have a great relationship with the administrative efficiency of the government. At present, the credibility of the government in the world has generally declined. In this article, I first described the factors affecting the government's credibility and took the gap between people's expectations and perception of the government as the main reason for the decline of the government's credibility. Secondly, I analyze the relationship between credibility and political legitimacy and believe that credibility is the main source of political legitimacy. Finally, based on the actions of governments to improve political legitimacy through various means, I explain their impact on government credibility from the perspectives of expectation and perception. I find that most of these actions will get the opposite of what one wants, increasing the risk of credibility collapse. (Only a single government is considered.
