Avoiding the depression of all this will make you hide away at home as well as driving you to succeed in life both materially and intellectually. Giving up the loser psychology up will create more fear and pain as well as destroying your intellect, a prospect which, for the loser, is absolutely terrifying. Meeting partners and friends may be a further difficulty but may also help with dealing with the stigma when hiding away. This article will look at these and other problems that living life as a loser can cause and how it might be possible to work round them to avoid the suffering that losers experience. It will begin with my own experiences first.","PeriodicalId":73913,"journal":{"name":"Journal of psychology & behavior research","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136019160","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: 195 rural elderly in Pengzhou mountainous areas (Longmen mountain town, Ci feng town, Xiao yudong town, Tongji town, Bailu town, Xinxing town) 6 towns were investigated by random questionnaire, self-made demographic scale, Symptom self-rating Scale (SCL-90) and Social Support scale. Results: (1) The social support status of the rural elderly was good, but the mental health levels were significantly lower than the national norm (p<0.001), and the prevalence of psychological symptoms was 6.16% (12/195). (2) The total score of social support and scores of subjective support were negatively correlated with the depression factors of mental health (r subjective support = -0.167 p<0.05, r social support total mark = -0.168 p<0.05), and the subjective support had a predictive effect on depression (β=-0.086, p<0.05). Conclusion: Although the detection rate of mental health of rural elderly in the five years after the earthquake is not high, the score of all dimensions of scl-90 is significantly lower than the norm, and the good social support will alleviate mental health problems.","PeriodicalId":73913,"journal":{"name":"Journal of psychology & behavior research","volume":"7 10","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135113695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Yet the mental health system can help with all of this. These include the added stresses of things that drove me mad in the first place, the onset of pain hallucinations, moving out of sheltered accommodation and others. This article is an account of the coping strategies and the techniques that have been useful in combatting the stresses that cause and perpetuate the illness. By analyzing the characteristics of TV talent shows that emphasize individual competition and success, appearance and image, and instant satisfaction, it is pointed out that these characteristics are easy for teenagers to produce the mentality of pursuing fame and fortune, appearance, and instant satisfaction, ignoring the development of other important values and qualities. Therefore, we need to guide teenagers to maintain a critical attitude toward TV talent shows, and pay attention to cultivating their independent thinking and all-round development.","PeriodicalId":73913,"journal":{"name":"Journal of psychology & behavior research","volume":"39 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78888428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
