This dream has finally come real in the past decades—by constructing the Event Horizon Telescope. On May 12 th , 2022, the image of Sa-gittarius A* is first observed and reveals the existence of a super massive black hole. This is the “masterpiece” of EHT. The most unique characteristic of this momentous engineering is the span of the project: over 8 countries engaged in data processing and image capturing jobs, just for obtaining valuable information about black holes from outer space. To uncover the secret of high-resolution pic-ture-capturing ability and telecommunicating technology, getting familiar with optical interferometry and information processing is indispensable. From the basic concept of resolving images—Rayleigh Criterion—to the Fourier transform of electromagnetic wave, immense knowledge is involved in taking a picture of the black hole. The main oil bearing series is the Lower Sha si Member of the Shahejie Formation in the Lower Tertiary, which is divided into three oil formations: V, VI, and VII. This reservoir has the characteristics of significant differences in physical properties between horizontal and vertical reservoirs, as well as significant differences in production conditions. The fault block has been explored for more than thirty years. The multiple oil layer extraction has been jointly produced for many years. In recent years, the complex situations due to Multi-layer mining appeared frequently. This article focuses on the new understanding of the development of the VII oil formation in the gravel sandstone reservoir. The most snowfall days reach more than 40 days, the least can reach more than 20 days; Meteorological requirements have accurate measurement of wind direction and wind speed sensor equipment, and winter low temperature snow, precipitation caused by wind speed sensor equipment ice or snow, resulting in wind direction and wind speed sensor can not work normally, directly resulting in wind direction and wind speed parameters may be abnormal, often snowfall or other weather phenomena, easy to lead to runway surface pollution. The objective is to minimize costs while meeting the daily demand for cargo transportation between each origin-destination airport. A minimum cost optimization model is employed to find the optimal schedule. Sensibility checks are performed, and the results are analyzed, including various scenarios using the developed models. The mathematical model includes variables representing cargo amounts, repositioning aircraft, staying aircraft, and cargo left on the ground. The objective function aims to minimize the total cost of cargo left on the ground and repositioning aircraft. Constraints ensure the balance of aircraft and cargo flows and account for demand and cargo left from previous days. The optimal solution yields a total cost of 17,925, with repositioning aircraft accounting for 84.38% of the cost. Technical languages are linguistic tools for communication in specific field, enabling mutual understanding. This study examines four module handbooks of the Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering in the German-Chinese double degree program. The focus is on the compulsory technical modules, which contain the important specialized courses. Firstly, the study analyzes competence descriptions of these courses in the four module handbooks, from which communication procedures can be derived. Based on this analysis, specific communication procedures and typical linguistic resources for successful technical communication are identified. Statistics and analysis demonstrate that students need to be proficient in various areas of technical language such as \"explaining\", \"describing\", \"evaluating\" and \"analyzing\", as they are elementary for technical communication in the mechanical engineering course. Based on these findings, specialized language courses should be specifically designed to impart the necessary communicative skills to students in relation to these communication procedures.
