The system security in power system models by the scalar magnitude of a voltage stability index may be a very difficult task. When we are taking account of reactive power generation limits it is very difficult to predict stability index at voltage collapse points. Here a quick method is used to calculate the minimum singular value and the corresponding left and right singular vectors are presented. This developed algorithm is very useful in online because it required small amount of computation time. For different patterns of load and generation are increases, to determine voltage collapse point. For solving the maximum loading problem an optimal power flow approach was used with these points the MSV is calculated and used for training and testing the Neural Network.","PeriodicalId":71630,"journal":{"name":"新能源","volume":"1 1","pages":"27-31"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85626470","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The oscillation due to disturbance cannot damp out only by SSSC, but with single input Fuzzy tuned Damping controller based SSSC can easily damp out the oscillation. Here the proposed system has been implemented in the standard nine-bus system and simulation results are taken by deriving the transient stability algorithm using C compiler software. After the analysis it is found that the Fuzzy based POD controller is very much required for SSSC controller to damp out the power oscillations.","PeriodicalId":71630,"journal":{"name":"新能源","volume":"5 1","pages":"70-75"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79790833","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A microcantilever based biosensor is used, the surface of which is separated into various channels on which the antigens for the respective enzymes are coated as an immobilized layer. These enzymes found in the blood stream of the human body reacts with these antigens producing a biochemical reaction, thereby straining the micro-cantilever beam whose strain can be measured either by means of an on-chip potentiometric circuit fabricated in SOC and CMOS technology to follow the voltage changes in the MOSFET or optically by the wavelength shift of a transmitted laser from a laser source after reflection from the microcantilever beam, sensed suitable by a photodetector. The intensity of acute or chronic pain can thus be inferred, which helps the anaesthesiologists and Intensivists for accurate diagnosis and related treatment for complete relief from pain.","PeriodicalId":71630,"journal":{"name":"新能源","volume":"12 1","pages":"227-230"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91329222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The circuit topology is based on half-wave cycloconverter and grid connected microinverter with a very less number of conversion stages and passive components. To interface the full bridge converter to the half-wave cycloconverter a high-frequency transformer and series-resonant tank are used- To determine the average output power of the inverter, a steady state analysis is used and to control the output power of the inverter, phase-shift power modulation is used. The operational characteristic is analyzed and multidimensional control technique is used to achieve high efficiency voltage gain, quality factor and phase shift of the inverter. The micro inverter and converter has light weight and reduced switch count. The operation of proposed microinverter in grid-connected mode is validated using MATLAB simulation.","PeriodicalId":71630,"journal":{"name":"新能源","volume":"1 1","pages":"148-152"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86458294","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The surveillance is carried out mainly using the manpower. The main drawbacks of the system are disoperation or loop hole in the process of surveillance due to human negligence. Even vigil surveillance could lead to loss of human life in case of combat. Human life is very precious and hence machines can be used as a shield for human life. The ultimate solution is to carry out surveillance using an unmanned vehicle. This project aims to develop a remote surveillance vehicle which is powered by monocrystalline solar panels which has the maximum efficiency in all type of panels and being operated with mainly two parts, first one is the RF transmitter which will be in the hands of the person operating the vehicle from a remote and safe location. The second one will be the RF receiver which will be fitted in the vehicle. The vehicle is a prototype having four special geared motors with higher torque, fitted in each wheel controlled by a relay unit. There are four relays, each for one motor. The supply to the relay unit is being controlled by the controller unit (ATMEGA AVR 8535). The controller is being programmed with an embedded C++ using an ATMEGA AVR 8535 programmer. The power supply to the vehicle has being provided by using batteries which are being charged using Solar Panels with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm (P&O method). The MPPT is also programmed and embedded in the ATMEGA 8535 programmer. Bio sensing camera can be fixed and better implementation for the surveillance can be done as the future scope.","PeriodicalId":71630,"journal":{"name":"新能源","volume":"106 1","pages":"165-169"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79203107","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
