The faults may be an insulation failure, lightning or accidental faulty operation. In a transmission line protection important factor is identifying a fault because if any error occurs in finding fault may leads to disoperation of the protection system. So either a disturbances or steady state variations are called power quality variation. In this paper, a new method for online symmetrical components and phase-angle extraction from high voltage transmission-line faults. This method is based on the fuzzy and the instantaneous power theory. The average and oscillating terms of the powers in the αβ frame are separated by using fuzzy. It is based on current samples and very effective in fault classifier using rule base. This method is very much suitable for online implementation.","PeriodicalId":71630,"journal":{"name":"新能源","volume":"84 1","pages":"39-44"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83864135","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It helps in balancing the eco system. But the greedy mankind destroys this natural resource legally and illegally there by eco system gets unbalanced. The prime of the way of exploiting these forest resources is cutting the trees. To conserve the illegal logging of forest wood we proposed a \"Wireless Sensor Network based remote forest monitoring and conservation of illegal logging of valuable trees. This system is suitable for large-scale forest monitoring from illegal logging. We have used a cluster of sensor nodes to monitor the cutting of trees. Periodically the sensed data will be transmitted to the monitoring centre, where it will be recorded.","PeriodicalId":71630,"journal":{"name":"新能源","volume":"2016 1","pages":"130-134"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89060065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed circuit adopts a novel architecture to capture both single-ended and differential signals. In addition, it is capable of measuring the eye openings and jitter of the input signals without the need to construct the whole eye diagram which makes it a suitable candidate for eye opening monitor circuits. An asynchronous sampling technique and an efficient algorithm are employed in this research to decrease the area of the OCO as well as its processing time. The proposed circuit is fabricated in a 65-nm CMOS technology and the measurement results show sub-Pico second resolution when the input signals consist of a 10-GHz clock signal and a 12.5 GB/spseudorandom binary sequence. Since the interleaved sepic circuit and flyback converter share a switching device, the costs of the system can be reduced, the efficiency, reliability can be improved and ripple current get reduced.
