Furthermore, it also signified the beginning of China’s electrical industry; however,the latter’s development was slow owing to the dearth of modern entrepreneurs. Shan Yubin, one of the principals of the Nanjing Ele ctric Light Factory, solved the problem of an imbalance between supply and demand in the Nanjing electric industry by rectifying the Nanjing Electric Power System and establishing the Xiaguan Power Station. Consequently, the trust of users and official management were restored. Although Shan Yubin’s involvement was accidental ， the future development of the Nanjing electric industry relies on modern entrepreneurs such as Shan Yubin. The latter possess electrical knowledge, management experience,coordination and leadership skills, and the ability to solve practical difficulties. The eternal Tao cannot be described and taught by words, and the realm of Tao is difficult to attain. In the course of various arrivals, a trail from technics to Tao (FTT) exists. Zhuangzi ( 《庄子》 ) clearly narrated the ideological basis of FTT and revealed the core content of FTT through several examples. Long-term repeated practice, operating in accordance with the laws of nature, and the determination to pursue the Tao beyond specific skills are three aspects that must be fulfilled or experienced by those pursuers for Tao. An indicator of the success of FTT is skills being subsided and incorporated into instinct or implicit memory, in addition to insights gained regarding the world and life. It is constructed by integrating the affiliation relationship between corrupt personnel and organizations to reveal the stage characteristics of the corrupt cooperation network of transportation construction projects based on three aspects. The results obtained are as follows: organizational corruption networks have the highest frequency of corruption, and inter-organizational corruption relationships are closer than personnel corruption relationships; organizational corruption networks are more stable and contain more stable chains of corruption relationships; affiliated organizational corruption networks are more diffuse and aggregated. In order to solve the ethical problems of artefact kinds, I elaborate the ontology of artefacts with four natures: technicality, embodiment, sociality and historicity. Technicality refers to the human use of technical means to create objects. Embodiment describes the properties related to and adaption to human body characteristics. Sociality implies the attribution of artefacts in social activities. History indicates the participation of artefacts in the course of shaping history within human activities.
