A vásárlók az erősödő piac következtében egyre magasabb szintű kiszolgálást várnak el. A kiszállítási idők csökkenése és a termékelérhetőség maximalizálás mellett, a platformok használhatósága, a kiszolgáló személyzet kedvessége, a „fenntarthatóság” megjelenése illetőleg a fizetési lehetőségek kibővítése mintegy alapvető elvárásként jelenik meg. Ennek érdekében az ellátási láncoknak jól szervezettnek kell lennie, amelyhez az információtechnológia hatékonysága elengedhetetlen. Azon kiskereskedelmi láncok melyek „omnichannel” értékesítési formában működnek számtalan versenyelőnnyel rendelkeznek, azonban előfordulnak olyan kihívások is, melyekkel szembe kell nézniük, a több csatorna egyidejű és egy helyen történő üzemeltetése során. A tanulmányban a logisztika és az ellátási lánc folyamatait nézzük át, elsősorban a termékelérhetőséget vizsgáljuk meg egy magyarországi online élelmiszer szolgáltató esetén, hogy milyen kihívásokkal kell szembe nézni annak érdekében, hogy minél magasabb szolgáltatási színvonalat legyen képes biztosítani. Piras, Wafa Atma","doi":"10.2298/apt2253048b","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2298/apt2253048b","url":null,"abstract":"This work aims to a detailed study of the different biological activities of two extracts, ethanolic and aqueous extract, obtained from the aerial part of Matricaria chamomilla L. grown North West Algerian. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents were determined. HPLC was used to determine the quantity of phenolic compounds in these extracts. The results showed that the antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activities were higher in the Aqueous Extract (AEC) in comparison with the ethanolic extract of chamomile. The AEC contained chlorogenic acid with a greater amount of other ingredients (2.45 mg/g). This plant had an antioxidant activity with IC50 values equal to 65.199 ?g/ml for AEC and 102.90 ?g/ml for the EEC. The AEC had an antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans with a diameter of inhibition zone equal to 16.33 and 15.66 mm, respectively. Matricaria chamomilla was practically nontoxic with a median lethal dose (LD50) equal to 3800 mg/kg of EEC and superior to 5000 mg/kg of AEC). The lipophilicity parameters were calculated using various computational approaches and computer programs. The conducted analysis is the basis for further studies aimed to define, compare and examine the influence of alkyl and cycloalkyl substituents, introduced in 6-chloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine structure, on molecular lipophilicity and bioactivity. The chemometric methods used in the study are pattern recognition methods, such as hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and sum of ranking differences (SRD). The obtained ranking results indicate that the following in silico lipophilicity descriptors can be chosen as the most suitable for interpretation of lipophilicity of the studied series of s-triazine derivatives: AlogP, MlogP, WLOGP, logPKLOP and logPPHYS. The lipophilicity descriptor iLOGP was marked as the least suitable lipophilicity descriptor of the studied series of compounds. Az üvegházhatású gázok okozta negatív hatások miatt a környezetben egyre több olyan következmény jelenik meg, amely a társadalom számára rengeteg nehézséget okoz, ilyenek például a folyamatosan emelkedő napi hőmérséklet értékek, az áradások, a viharok, szárazság. A pandémia alatt a fenntarthatóság kérdése is nagyobb hangsúlyt kapott. Mindamellett egyre nagyobb számban jelennek meg a társadalomban azok a hangok, akik ennek fontosságát hangsúlyozzák és a döntéseik során a fenntarthatóság kérdését is figyelembe veszik. A COVID-19 az élelmiszer kereskedelmet is átformálta, a fogyasztói magatartás is átalakult. Jellemzően az online kereskedelmet fenntarthatóbbnak gondolják, mint a hagyományos kereskedelmet, de természetesen számos olyan része van, amely terhet ró a környezetre. Ilyen lehet a csomagolás vagy a szállítás. The water of the Mojahuevo estury presented in both seasons the lowest values of turbidity between 17.20 and 33.70 UNT, biochemical oxygen demand being in a range between 14.00 and 19.00 mg/L, zinc content (0.02-0.05 mg/L) and copper content (0.07 mg/L), ammonia content (0.21-0.35 mg/L), fats and oils (0.23-0.29 mg/L), phosphates (0.39-2.34 mg/L) and nitrates (0.84-2.29 mg/L), while the water of the two estuaries San Camilo and Mojahuevo (rainy season) showed similar phenolic content (0.019 mg/L). The country’s main strategic goals were becoming a superpower with efficient economy that was able to minimise the object poverty and transform the country into upper-mid class income, economicaly developed region. According to the traditional Chineese maxim: “strong nation is a rich nation”, that used to be regarded as a tool holding the leading position around the world. The investments, realised by the private companies were encouraged in many cases by governmental initiatives as well. China has continually transformed the elements of its innovation strategy and refined them in the global direction of innovation. Despite of the growing literature on Chinese innovation, consensus as to a unique model of Chinese innovation management has yet to emerge. In this context, one of the most crucial but less discussed aspect can be the engagement of the well-educatated, experienced high quality labor work force in China. During the last decades you can observe a significant shifting toward the previous, cheap and huge amount labor workforce corporate attitude toward attracting and managing talents, providing Chineese manner “tailor made” onboarding and personal and professional development of the adequately recruited and selected labor workforce, eliminating the labor turnover but on different way compared to the Western countries methods. Bendjama","doi":"10.2298/apt2152073t","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2298/apt2152073t","url":null,"abstract":"This work aims to evaluate the adsorption efficiency of p-nitroaniline (PNA) onto apricot stones activated carbon (ASAC) mixed with treated extract of amorphous SiO2 (TEAS), prepared from Algerian diatomite (AD). The best removal percentage (85%) is obtained for a ratio ASAC/TEAS (1/1). Adsorbent characteristics are investigated by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), the scanning electron microscope (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The impregnation of TEAS and ASAC produces good adsorbent properties towards PNA especially in the ratio (1/1) and an increase in the specific surface. The isotherm data are well fitted by the Langmuir and Freundlich models. The maximum PNA uptake obtained is 94.34 mg g-1. The performances of ASAC/TEAS for the PNA adsorption were compared with some adsorbents previously studied for the same purpose, and results show that the composite in the present work exhibit better performances. Az idelátogató turisták leginkább a számos tekintetben egyedülálló inka civilizáció emlékeit és kultikus helyeit keresik: Cusco-t, a birodalom egykori fővárosát, a titokzatos Machu Picchu romvárosát, valamint a Nap, a Hold és az első inka születésének helyszínét, a Titicaca tó szigeteit. A tanulmány igyekszik rámutatni ennek a fejlett civilizációnak a sajátosságaira, egyediségére, tisztázva számos ezzel kapcsolatos tévhitet. Bemutatja azt a magas kultúrát, amely 40 000 km-nyi úthálózattal, fejlett építészettel, hatékonyan működő hírszolgálattal, igen magas szintű matematikai, csillagászati és anatómiai ismeretekkel rendelkezett. Nem ismerte viszont a magántulajdont, a pénzt, a piacot, az írást és a kereket sem.
