Methods Group A of hepatocelluar carcinoma with preoperative TACE (n = 26), group B of hepatocelluar carcinoma without any interven-tional therapy (n = 30) ,group C of Normal liver (n = 16) were divided. The expression of Survivin mRNA and the expression of Survivin and PCNA were detected. Result ①The positive Survivin mRNA expression in group A and the grey difference were lowere than that in group B (P < 0.05) ; ②The positive Survivin expression and the grey difference in group A were lower than that in group B (P < 0.05) ; ③The proliferating index (PI) of carcinoma tis-sure in group B was higher in group A and group C (P < 0.05 for each). {"title":"An fMRI Study of Chinese Sign Language in Functional Cortex of Prelingual Deaf Signers","authors":"Qi Ji","doi":"10.1109/fbie.2009.5405875","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/fbie.2009.5405875","url":null,"abstract":"Objective To observe the changes of functional cortex in prelingual deaf singers(PDS) for Chinese sign language(CSL) by means of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).Methods Fourteen PDS(groupⅠ),thirteen hearing non-signers(HnS,groupⅡ),eleven hearing native signers(HNS,group Ⅲ) and twelve hearing late signers(HLS,group Ⅳ) were scanned on 1.5T MRI scanner while they observed and imitated CSL.Then the AFNI software was applied to find the area of activation and the volume across subjects was calculated.Results During observing and imitating CSL,the activated areas in all groups included middle frontal gyrus,middle temporal gyrus,superior parietal lobule,cuneate lobe,fusiform gyrus and lingual gurus.The activation of inferior frontal gyrus was found in groupⅠ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,but not in groupⅡ.The activation of superior temporal gyrus and inferior parietal lobule was found in groupⅠand Ⅲ,but not in the others.The volume of inferior frontal gyrus in groupⅠwas greater than that in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ.The volume of superior temporal gyrus in groupⅠwas greater than that in group Ⅲ.The volume of superior parietal lobule,cuneate lobe and lingual gurus in groupⅠwas greater than that in other groups.The activation areas during imitating CSL were more than those during observing CSL.The volume of bilateral inferior frontal gyri,superior parietal lobules and left middle temporal gyrus in imitating task was greater than that in observing task in groupⅠ.There were no statistical differences about the volume in the symmetrical functional cortex in all groups during observing and imitating tasks.Conclusion The functional cortex in PDS has occurred reorganization,after losing their audition and learning the CSL.The activation of linguistic cortex can be found during oberserving and imitating CSL in PDS.The secondary auditory cortex and association areas turn to take part in processing of visual language when no auditory afference occur,whereas the primary auditory cortex do not participate in the reorganization.Addtionally,the visual cortex is more sensitive than that of hearing individuals.The reorganization of functional cortex in PDS is related with the expericence of CSL,but is mainly caused by the effect of hearing loss.","PeriodicalId":69822,"journal":{"name":"实用放射学杂志","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1109/fbie.2009.5405875","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"62281859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Changes of Soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor and T Lymphocytes Subsets in Patients with PHC after Thermochemoembolotherapy","authors":"Guo Wei-ping","doi":"10.3971/J.ISSN.1000-8578.3080","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3971/J.ISSN.1000-8578.3080","url":null,"abstract":"Objective:To observe the changes of SIL-2R and T lymphocytes subsets in patients with PHC before and after thermochemoembolotherapy and evaluate their clinical significance.Methods:Immune fluorescent assay and sandwich ELISA were used to measure the immune state of 30 patients with PHC before and after thermochemoembolotherapy and compared them with that of health controls.Results:The level was lower while Ts and SIL-2R were higher in patients with PHC than that of health controls(p0.01) and Th elevated while Ts and SIL-2R declined (p0.01) after therapy.Conclusion:Measuring SIL-2R and T lymphocytes subsets is helpful to know the immune state and has significance in directing therapy effect and judging prognosis.For patients with PHC,thermochemoembolotherapy is superior to that of simplex chemoembolotherapy from medical document.
