Abstract

Objective To study the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolizafion (TACE) on inhibitor apoptosis protein-Survivin, Survivin mRNA and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). 术前经导管动脉化疗栓塞对肝癌细胞凋亡蛋白-Survivin及Survivin mRNA表达的影响。

目的探讨经导管动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)对凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin、Survivin mRNA及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的影响。方法将术前行TACE的肝癌患者分为A组(26例)、未行任何介入治疗的肝癌患者(30例)、正常肝患者(16例)。检测Survivin mRNA的表达及Survivin和PCNA的表达。结果①A组Survivin mRNA阳性表达量及灰色差异均低于B组(P < 0.05);②A组Survivin阳性表达量及灰色差异均低于B组(P < 0.05);③B组肿瘤的增殖指数(PI)高于A、C组(P < 0.05)。结论Survivin mRNA和Survivin高阳性表达，TACE可降低Survivin mRNA和Survivin的表达，从而抑制肝癌细胞的增殖。关键词:肝细胞癌;经导管动脉化疗栓塞;生存素;增殖细胞核抗原
