Changes of Soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor and T Lymphocytes Subsets in Patients with PHC after Thermochemoembolotherapy

Abstract

Objective:To observe the changes of SIL-2R and T lymphocytes subsets in patients with PHC before and after thermochemoembolotherapy and evaluate their clinical significance.Methods:Immune fluorescent assay and sandwich ELISA were used to measure the immune state of 30 patients with PHC before and after thermochemoembolotherapy and compared them with that of health controls.Results:The level was lower while Ts and SIL-2R were higher in patients with PHC than that of health controls(p0.01) and Th elevated while Ts and SIL-2R declined (p0.01) after therapy.Conclusion:Measuring SIL-2R and T lymphocytes subsets is helpful to know the immune state and has significance in directing therapy effect and judging prognosis.For patients with PHC,thermochemoembolotherapy is superior to that of simplex chemoembolotherapy from medical document.
