Our coupled system \u0000comprises one-dimensional oscillators based on the Rulkov map and a single \u0000globally coupled oscillator. Because the waveform of a one-dimensional \u0000oscillator has sharply defined peaks, the coupled system can be applied to dynamic \u0000image segmentation. Our proposed system iteratively transforms the coupling of \u0000each oscillator based on an input value that corresponds to the pixel value of \u0000an input image. This approach enables our system to segment image regions in \u0000which pixel values gradually change with respect to a connected region. Various attractors are demonstrated not only by numerical simulations but also by circuit experiments. Only one feedback channel is used in our study, which is useful in communication. The stability of the methods has been studied by Von Neumann method and with the matrix analysis. The methods are applied to a number of test problems to compare the accuracy and computational efficiency. The increase of the feed water temperature leads to an amelioration of the plant performances. Photovoltaic Thermal Collector (PV/T) represents an ideal power source as it provides both electric and thermal energies for the reverse osmosis process. Nevertheless, PV/T based RO plants should be controlled in order to solve operation problems related to electrical efficiency, reverse osmosis membrane, produced water and the rejected salts. This paper suggests a fuzzy logic controller for the flow rate of the circulating fluid into the PV/T collectors so as to ameliorate the system performances. The designed controller has improved the PV/T field electrical efficiency and preserved the reverse osmosis membrane which upgrades the system productivity. Result obtained generalizes and \u0000improves some known results in the literature. The all-optical 2-to-4 decoder with a set of all-optical switches is designed which can be used to achieve a high-speed central processor unit using optical hardware. The unique output lines can be used for all-optical header processing. We attempt to develop an integrated all-optical circuit which can perform decoding of signal. This scheme is very simple and flexible for performing different logic operation and to design advanced complex logic. The exact solutions are derived, in terms of hyperbolic, trigonometric and rational functions, involving various parameters. When the parameters are tuned to special values, both solitary, and periodic wave models are distinguished. State of the art symbolic algebra graphical representations and dynamical interpretations of the obtained solutions physics are provided and discussed. First, a mathematical model of turbine written at variable speed is established to investigate simulations results. In order to optimize energy production from wind, a pitch angle and DC bus control law is synthesized using PI controllers. Then, an intelligent artificial control such as fuzzy logic and artificial neural network control is applied. Its simulated performances are then compared to those of a classical PI controller.
