The thickness of each magnet bar is fixed. So that, the magnetization waveform generated has almost sinus waveform. The proposed rotor structure is an alternative to the well-known Halbach and hybrid magnetization which exhibits low cogging torque and torque ripple. The analytical solution is derived by solving the field governing equations in each subdomain and with applying the boundary and interfaces conditions. Analytical results are validated by the finite-element method (FEM).","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"56 1","pages":"212-218"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86414058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The hybrid switch which parallels a IGBT with a SiC MOSFET is proposed as a solution to improve the light load efficiency. The hybrid switch combines desirable properties both IGBT and SiC MOSFET. Different operation modes of hybrid switch are analyzed in PSIM using a simple circuit and if is shown that the hybrid switch performs better compared to IGBT alone operation.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"21 1","pages":"476-481"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75052104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In most of the electro-mobility applications, e.g. electric and hybrid-electric vehicles, power electronic are commonly used in very harsh environment. Temperature variations, vibration and also the stresses affecting the device (which can come even from the device itself or from external sources) and may cause unreliable system. Thus, designing reliable power electronic components is important for the aim of reducing the energy losses, maintenance cost and extending the service lifetime as well. Research within power electronics is of high interest as it has an important impact in the industry of the electro-mobility applications. According to the aforementioned explanations, this paper will provide an overview of the common factors (thermal cycles, power cycles, vibrations, voltage stress and current ripple stress) affecting the reliability of power electronics in electro-mobility applications. Also, the researchers perspective is summarized from 2001 to 2015.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"110 1","pages":"304-310"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85695244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently the most popular trend is to use a permanent magnet brushless direct current (BLDC) model motor. This movement has been mainly enabled by recent technological improvements in the realm of electric motors, power electronics, and energy storage. While many electric vehicles are on the market, they are not as cost competitive as the conventional vehicles, and this is needed for large-scale market penetration. In order for this to become a reality, continued research is needed to develop new technologies. This paper presents the metrics and benchmarks used to gauge the performance of various systems. The availability of the energy storage components makes it possible to utilize a larger fraction of the heat and electricity generated by the micro-source during Combined Heating and Power (CHP) operation in buildings. However, the amount of energy storage required to deliver the desired building efficiency benefits and the resulting installation costs are heavily dependent on the building type, its location, and the time of year. This study employs linear programming to identify the optimum component ratings and dispatch schedules, and calculates the resulting building efficiency benefits and installation costs. Preliminary results from these optimization case studies deliver promising results suggesting that the HEM configuration is capable of providing significant efficiency advantages in apartment and office buildings located in the northern climate zones of the continental U.S. A dynamic model that is appropriate for analysis of the HEM's fast transient response is developed for the studied HEM configuration using a natural gas gen-set, and experimental results confirm its usefulness.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"10 1","pages":"1-9"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88388893","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It converts wave energy into electricity at a relatively high efficiency, and it features a simple structure. Past analysis on this WEC has been done under regular sinusoidal wave conditions, and a suboptimal energy could be achieved. This paper presents the analysis of the system under irregular wave conditions; a time-domain hydrodynamics model is adopted and the control methodology is modified to better serve the irregular wave conditions. Results from the simulations show that the performance of the system under irregular wave conditions is different from that under regular sinusoidal wave conditions, but still a reasonable amount of energy can be extracted.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"1 1","pages":"348-354"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88664754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The equivalent electrical circuit model of lithium-ion battery module is established based on the relationship between SOC (State of Charge) and OCV (Open Circuit Voltage) which is obtained from the battery charge and discharge test curves. A hierarchical control structure is proposed to realize different operating modes. The decoupled current control scheme is adopted to control active power and reactive power independently, and the zero-sequence voltage injection and a sorting and select algorithm are employed for SOC balancing control.
