The method uses conformal mapping to calculate reluctances of the magnetically active parts of the machine which are then used in magnetic equivalent circuit for the calculation of magnetic fluxes. Proposed method is applied to a salient, six-pole, 400 V, 50 Hz synchronous machine with double layered armature winding and obtained results are compared with finite element method.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"6 1","pages":"513-518"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84380004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When oversized, most of these machines operate with low efficiency and power factor. The objective of this paper is to develop a design for a three-phase induction machine with external rotor which reaches the IE3 category of the IEC 60034-30 standard. Induction machines with external rotor are widely used as industrial fans with fixed load, improving the efficiency by redesigning the interior of the machine is essential to reach the proposed objective. The optimal design of the induction machine with external rotor is proposed using Genetic Algorithm (GA). This algorithm is a population-based search algorithm characterized as conceptually simple, easy to implement and computationally efficient. A comparison of the optimum design with an existing design for a 0.5 kW motor is presented, demonstrating that the optimal design has higher efficiency in all load range.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"68 1","pages":"462-467"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80969835","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the field of the drive of the electric machines, the elimination of the mechanical speed sensor can present an economic interest and improve safety of operation. With speed estimation, sensorless vector control is possible, meaning that the speed of induction machines without mechanical speed sensors can be controlled. The flux observer is expanded into a combined flux and speed observer, measuring only stator current and voltage. In this work, we develop algorithms of three phase inverter control of IM without speed sensor using DSPic microcontroller. We present two types of speed estimators based on the mathematical model of the machine. The first estimator is called MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System). The second estimator, based on the estimation of the Back Electromotive Force (BEMF) of induction motor, is called Phase Locked Loop (PLL). A method of estimating the speed of an Induction Motor is proposed, analyzed and experimentally verified. DSPic based SVM controlled three phase inverter fed Induction Motor drive has been designed and implemented.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"25 1","pages":"93-101"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77177364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

LCL filter can suppress the switching harmonic ripples effectively. However, it has resonance problem which results unstable system. The resonance problem can be solved with damping the resonance using passive damping methods. The design of LCL filter with using PD is a challenging issue because APF generates currents in a wide harmonic spectrum range to compensate harmonics. The aim of this paper is to present the design procedure of LCL filters with different passive damping methods for SAPF and analyze them in terms of damping performances and power losses. The performance and analysis of LCL filters designed for SAPF is performed with simulation model developed in MATLAB/Simulink.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"34 1","pages":"434-440"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88045902","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, a new method for power output calculation of variable-speed WTSs is proposed. The model is developed from the charging voltage equation of capacitors and is only a function of the rated power and the rated wind speed. It is validated on the manufacturer power curve of different type and size of variable-speed WTSs. Additionally, by using developed model, the capacity factor of this type of WTS is also modelled in terms of the rated wind speed and Weibull distribution of the wind site. Parametrical analyses have been carried out to show the effect of rated wind speed on the value of turbine capacity factor, resulting of energy production for different wind conditions (Weibull scale parameter).
