Research on Thermal Stress Distribution of GIS Basin Insulator GIS盆地绝缘子热应力分布研究

Its mechanical performance is not good, which is easy to cause insulation failure, which threatens the safe and stable operation of GIS, and thermal stress is one of the reasons for the deterioration of mechanical performance of basin insulator. In order to study the distribution law of thermal stress and strain of basin insulator, this paper establishes 252 kV GIS basin insulator simulation model by combining simulation and test, and establishes a thermal stress ultrasonic detection system. The distribution law of thermal stress and strain of 252 kV GIS basin insulator is obtained by finite element simulation analysis and stress ultrasonic longitudinal wave reflection detection. The results show that the temperature of the insulator is gradiently distributed along the conductor flange direction when the center conductor is under the temperature load. The thermal stress and the thermal strain decrease gradually along the conductor flange direction, and increase with the increase of the temperature load. However, how to reflect the probability of the above operation mode in the lightning protection safety evaluation index of UHV AC substation, the above standards did not give a clear quantitative method. In this paper, on the basis of the above specifications and considering the probability of power system operation mode, the lightning protection safety assessment method of UHV AC substation was comprehensively and deeply studied. Firstly, the probability statistics of general operation mode and special operation mode of UHVAC transmission system were carried out. The concept of probability coefficient was put forward for the first time, and the value of probability coefficient was suggested. Then, the lightning protection safety assessment method of UHV AC substation under general operation mode and special operation mode based on probability coefficient was proposed. Finally, the lightning protection safety evaluation standard of UHV AC substation was given. Since the first 500kV DC wall bushing was put into operation in 1999, more than 88 DC wall bushings have been operated in CSG system. Long-term operating experience has shown that the main problems in the operation of DC wall bushings concentrated on mechanical failure, current-carrying structure and external insulation. In this paper, the structure and material of Resin Impregnated Paper bushing was described in detail first, and then the typical weakness during the electrical and mechanical design, such as internal discharge, overheating, mechanical damage and aging of silicone rubber, were analyzed respectively. More importantly, specific solutions for these damage were also put forward. Based on the first-principles, the conductivity changes of graphene and modified graphene after adsorbing CO were simulated. In this paper, the changes of density of states (DOS) and partial density of states (PDOS) of graphene film and modified graphene film after CO adsorption were studied with Castep module of Materials Studio software. The results show that when CO is adsorbed on the graphene film, the density of states and partial density of states will change, which means that the local charge density distribution of graphene will be changed, and so as the conductivity of graphene. This work provides an important theoretical basis for its application in MEMS based active gas sensors. An important procedure in the insulation diagnostic is extracting the dielectric spectroscopy of oil-immersed paper from oil-paper insulation based on the XY model. As in the on-site measurement, the parameters of the structure used in the calculation are often estimated, which will bring error to the calculation of the spectroscopy of paper. In this paper, firstly the theory of the XY model and the calculation of the spectroscopy of paper are introduced. Two solutions of the calculated spectroscopy of paper are shown and the selection of the two solutions is discussed. Then a representation method called 3D-dielectric spectrum is proposed for the error analysis of the calculated spectroscopy of paper. And the influences of the related variables are studied. The conclusions show that the structural parameters of insulation X and Y have few influences on the error of the calculated spectroscopy of paper. The optical electric field sensor based on Pockels effect is non-contact measurement, which has better performance and more flexible application than the traditional methods. The electro-optic crystal is the key part of the sensor, and different kinds of crystal has different charge relaxation time constant, which causes problem when measures DC electric field. In this paper, an optical electric field sensor in type of common path interferometer with LiNbO3 crystal is proposed. The response characteristics of the sensor is verified by AC electric field under different waveforms and frequencies, and DC electric field. Experimental results show that the proposed sensor can be used to measure both AC and DC electric field. To study the DC operation parameters of the AC cable in different laying methods and DC topologies, the temperature field, flow field, and electric field coupled simulation models are developed according to the parameters of the typical 10 kV three-core XLPE cable. The temperature field, flow field, steady electric field, and transient electric field of the cable under DC operation are obtained by simulation. The cable-laying methods consisting of soil, pipeline, and trench under the bipole, monopole, and triple DC topologies are analyzed. The results show that the cable in the trench and tripole DC operation has the highest ampacity, while the cable in the pipeline and monopole DC operation has the lowest ampacity. The range of the DC voltage levels of the cable in the aforementioned laying modes and DC topologies is ±10~11 kV. The maximum transmission power of the cable in the trench and monopole DC operation is the highest, while that of the cable in the pipeline and bipole DC operation is the lowest. To master GIS equipment vibration characteristics in different structural unit, this paper took the GIS in a substation as the test object. First, aiming at bus, circuit breaker, disconnector, arrester, current transformer, voltage transformer and so on different structural unit in the same interval, we carried out the vibration test and analysis. The difference between the impedances under different layouts is compared. Composed by the energy, control, database, and communication modulus, power routers are intelligent in the power connection and distribution. The power chip is the core and brain of the energy router, the operation state of which strengths the stability of the devices, and even the power interconnection. However, the small size of the chip, mostly IGBT, limited the application of traditional electric power condition monitoring methods. Digital twin technology, firstly used in the spacecraft, seems a solution in potential. The article reviewed the development of the power router, as well as the digital twin.
