Abstract

地理信息系统设备不同结构单元振动特性差异分析
气体绝缘子开关设备在运行过程中经常发生异常机械振动,其振动特性受多种因素影响,严重危及设备的安全稳定运行。为了掌握GIS设备在不同结构单元中的振动特性,本文以变电站中的GIS为试验对象。首先,针对同一区间内母线、断路器、隔离器、避雷器、电流互感器、电压互感器等不同结构单元,进行了振动试验与分析。然后研究了电压等级和相位对振动的影响。最后,结合电磁力、磁致伸缩和设备结构分析了产生振动差异的原因。结果表明:220 kV GIS设备气室正常振动信号频率以100 Hz为主,母线室振动最为强烈;PT和避雷器的振动波形畸变严重,且含有许多倍频成分。而500kv GIS设备的振动谱较为复杂。研究结果可为GIS设备的缺陷诊断和状态评估提供参考。
