The chatbot application will be used to become a virtual tour guide regarding tourist objects in Bandung, Indonesia. This is because the need for information is very important for most people to help and accelerate the work to be done. The data used in this research is a set of data in the form of questions as many as 192 data. The dataset is divided into training and testing data of 150 and 42 data. RF algorithm will work as an intent classifier, and RAKE will work as an entity recognizer to determine the answer to the user. The classification model is evaluated using training and testing data scenarios after the pre-processing process, such as case folding, removing regular expression, word tokenizing, and stop-words removal. The evaluation using the confusion matrix shows that an average accuracy value of the chatbot application using RF and RAKE is 98%, the precision value is 96%, and a recall value is 96%.","PeriodicalId":6800,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 7th International Conference on Computing, Engineering and Design (ICCED)","volume":"380 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75549477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the dominant explanations for this trend is the scarcity of prediction tools and techniques for this disease. Previous research has demonstrated that early prediction of diabetes can lower the risks of major health implications and increase the possibility of making improved treatment decisions for patients. This study attempts to design a model to predict diabetes based on patient’s risk factors and lifestyles. We use data from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases to visualise data to understand correlations between 9 variables. We then perform data mining using Logistic Regression, Random Forests and Decision Tree to compare the best performance in accuracy and F1-score. Our findings indicate that the prediction model using the Random Forrest classifier algorithm has the highest accuracy percentage of 79.4% in predicting diabetes compared to the other two classifier algorithms.","PeriodicalId":6800,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 7th International Conference on Computing, Engineering and Design (ICCED)","volume":"1 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84250109","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Plastic wastes from the medical field, such as surgical masks and personal protective equipment are massively dumped and affected human health and environmental. There are several strategies to improve medical plastic waste management, one of them is to do recycling. A plastic shredder is a machine used for cutting plastics into smaller parts called granules or pellets. The focus of this paper is to design a shredding machine used for recycling plastic waste. The outcome of this shredding machine can be used for subsequent plastic processing machines such as extrusion and injection machines. The proposed design is prepared using 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software and uses several sources on the market to make improvements. This paper covers the design, material used, and strength analysis of the machine.","PeriodicalId":6800,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 7th International Conference on Computing, Engineering and Design (ICCED)","volume":"56 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86575033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recent advances in deep learning (DL) techniques have made it possible to diagnose Everything using microscopic image analysis. However, as with most medical issues, there are deficiency training samples and visual flaws that distinguish leukaemia from normal. The body is made up of cells, making image analysis a difficult task. To address the aforementioned issues, an augmented image enhanced bagging ensemble learning with elaborately developed training subsets was proposed. The preliminary and final Fl-scores are 0.85 and 0.89, respectively, in the calculated tests. In the Classification of Normal and Malignant WBCs contest, we used our ensemble model predictions and placed in the top ten percent. If the performance of the cooling system is not optimal, it will affect the engine performance and electricity production. One of the problems in the cooling system is the damage to the radiator fins which makes the heat dissipation process in the cooling system not optimal. In conducting this study, the method used to obtain the root cause of the problem is by using the fault tree analysis (FTA) method. Based on the existing data, the results of the study show that the cause of damage to the radiator is due to corrosion. According to this study, it can be concluded that the damage to the PLTD radiator fin is caused by the corrosion factor due to the poor quality of the water used for cleaning.","PeriodicalId":6800,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 7th International Conference on Computing, Engineering and Design (ICCED)","volume":"57 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83894915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It will make the capital market business more effective, efficient, secure, and compliant with financial regulation. As one of the SROs (Self-Regulatory Organizations), XYZ has many IT Projects to support that goal. In measuring the success of IT project implementation, XYZ has a key performance indicator (KPI), namely %OTOBOS (On Time On Budget On Scope). However, based on the development project KPI reports in 2020, only 34% of projects met the KPI target of 23 IT projects by the end of 2020. Some IT projects experience delays in the implementation process of their development. This research study identified the critical success factors that significantly influence the success of IT projects. By finding these factors, there is an expectation for improvement when implementing IT Projects in XYZ. This case study research conducted a literature review from previous research studies and literature studies to find the potential CSFs of IT Projects. There are ten potential CSFs in IT projects that would be used in this study. The prioritizing of those CSF was calculated using AHP to rank those factors. This research study used a mixed-method. First, the questionnaire was filled out by 3 SMEs through interviews to know the most influential factor in IT Projects. Then, the results were validated by one of the SMEs. The CSFs were compiled based on the KPI of project success measurement: Scope, Time, and Budget. Based on the calculation of pairwise comparison, the most influential factors are project scope and requirements management, followed by the project management process. The less influential factor is organizational culture.","PeriodicalId":6800,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 7th International Conference on Computing, Engineering and Design (ICCED)","volume":"1 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82319220","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the future, support for network communication relies on the area of telemedicine, autonomous vehicles, and disaster recovery. In the disaster recovery case, there is a high possibility where the communication path is severed. Multicast communication and DTN-friendly route algorithm are becoming suitable options to send a packet message to get a faster response and to see any of the nodes available for service, this approach could give burden to the core network. Also, during disaster cases, many people would like to communicate, receive help, and find family members. Flooding the already disturbed/severed network will further reduce communication performance efficiency even further. Thus, this study takes into consideration prioritization factors to allow networks to process and delivering priority content. For this purpose, the proposed technique introduces the Routable Prefix Identifier (RP-ID) that takes into account the prioritization factor to enable optimization in Delay Tolerant ICN communication.","PeriodicalId":6800,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 7th International Conference on Computing, Engineering and Design (ICCED)","volume":"64 1","pages":"1-5"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75379600","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The phenomenon of a road segment includes frequent traffic jams with a very high degree of saturation. Based on this, this research is important to examine the effect of completeness of road infrastructure on the degree of saturation and performance of roads using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual method. Based on observations, it is known that most of the roads in Indonesia do not have complete road infrastructure. The results of the analysis show that the completeness of road infrastructure greatly affects the degree of saturation. The saturation level will be higher if the average daily traffic has reached basic capacity without complete road infrastructure. But does not affect if the average daily traffic is still low. Side obstacles such as parking on the shoulder of the road, street vendors, and road damage are factors that greatly affect the degree of saturation. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize the completeness of road infrastructure, and road maintenance to be free from side obstacles, especially on a road that has a high average daily traffic flow. Roads that have an average daily traffic flow that exceeds the basic capacity, need traffic engineering and install signs to divert the flow to other lanes.","PeriodicalId":6800,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 7th International Conference on Computing, Engineering and Design (ICCED)","volume":"79 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85532209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
