In this study, a hybrid power system consists of diesel and alternative energy that provide main power and auxiliary power in sequence has been developed with an optimal energy management strategy proposed to minimize fuel consumption. The MATLAB + SIMULINK simulation environment was adopted to conduct the hybrid power system model to investigate the effectiveness of optimal energy management strategy by comparing ship typical drive cycle with traditional energy management strategy. Aiming at the characteristics of flexible operation, double-chain quantum coding method for machine distribution chain and workpiece process chain is proposed; Aiming at the problems that the crossover and mutation operation of genetic algorithm may lead to premature convergence and late diversity loss, cloud computing method is used to design cloud crossover operator and cloud mutation operator for operation, and improved cloud adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed. By comparing the signal-to-noise ratio obtained by using different wavelet bases to denoise the detection signal, it was found that db4 had the most ideal denoising effect on the detection signal. In the experiment, the detection signal of different broken wires was denoised. And improved probabilistic neural network (PNN) model was used to intelligently decide the method of rescheduling. Simulation methods is used to solve the difficulty of obtaining all on-site samples. The problem is caused by the complexity of the on-site working environment. In simulation experiments, a large number of labeled samples were obtained based on performance indicators and stability indicators. Part of the samples were used to train the PNN model to improve the accuracy of the prediction results. This paper firstly focuses on the classification of attributes, applies equivalent class for attribute reduction, puts forward judging theorems of core attributes with demonstration; secondly, it proposes an algorithm of attribute reduction and applies it to classification management of college students for the first time by establishing a binary tree with attributes; subsequently, we discuss the time complexity, the time complexity of reduction is reduced to polynomial level for the first time. Comparing with other algorithms on runtime and ability of classification, experimental results show that the proposed method approves feasibility and accuracy. Generally, early smoke features are more obvious than fire in the surveillance environment. However, due to the variability of smoke characteristics (e.g., color, shape) and the interference of smoke-like objects (e.g., clouds, rivulet, and fog), the main challenge of smoke detection is false alarms in real-world. To tackle this problem, an integrated method is proposed which combines HSV color space, background subtraction with Faster R-CNN. This method can enhance smoke feature, meanwhile, it can reduce disturbance from smoke-like objects. Furthermore, a dataset is created which are collected from surveillance cameras that are installed in the wild. The algorithm based on lamp pairs distance and lamp shape is proposed in this paper. In this method the distribution of vehicle lamps are retrieved in preprocessing, then lamp type table (LTT) is calculated according to the lamp pairs distance. Because the lamp pairs and the lamp contour are intrinsic attributions of every type of automobiles, this algorithm uses these composite features to recognize the vehicle type and sub-type. We use the associated light pairs distance and contour information to recognize the vehicle type and sub-type. Experiments verified the satisfied effect of this algorithm.
