A parallel corpus is made up of the original text and its parallel counterpart in translation, and is most closely related to translation teaching and practice, providing a wealth of teaching material and a convenient means of translation. Business English writing is increasingly important as a language skill and a communicative skill. In order to give full play to the role of information technology, this paper constructs a parallel corpus of business English writing and proposes strategies to improve business English writing skills. Inspired by the ant colony's foraging behavior of finding the shortest path, this paper proposes a simulated evolutionary algorithm artificial ant colony algorithm, which simulates the behavior of ant colony in nature. Ant colony algorithm has been concerned by many experts and scholars, and is being studied by more and more experts and scholars. The algorithm is continuously improved, and the application scope is more and more extensive. It is a bionic optimization algorithm with good development prospects. This paper mainly introduces the basic principle and basic model of ant colony algorithm. According to the characteristics of dynamic changes in the demand of new energy vehicles and power stations, a dynamic vehicle scheduling model for battery distribution routing problem of new energy vehicles is established. The adaptive genetic algorithm is constructed by improving the genetic algorithm with adaptive criteria. At the same time, the genetic algorithm is used to cluster the charging and replacing stations in time and space, and the clustering results are applied to the path adjustment, so that the charging and replacing stations can be added to the path where the charging and replacing stations with short time and space are located as much as possible, which can effectively reduce the search range and reach a better solution faster. Financial management is also a relatively important part of the entire enterprise management. From the current Telecom enterprise, there are problems in these aspects. The financial management lacks advanced management concepts, and the financial functions cannot reach the overall control level of the enterprise and the financial department. Collaboration with other departments of the enterprise is not in place. And in the current financial work, AI technology also has certain applications, such as AI financial robots, which will handle many repetitive, standardized, and procedural financial tasks more accurately and quickly. This article adopts the questionnaire method and experimental analysis method to analyze and research the construction of Telecom's smart FMS from the perspective of AI, learn about the existing problems in the FMS of the surveyed company, and analyze the interviewee's The attitude of the necessity of a smart FMS. According to the survey results, both M branch company and G branch company have corresponding problems in the FMS. Among them, financial information construction problems and financial accounting system problems account for a large proportion. A total of 30 of the 50 interviewees think it is necessary to build a smart FMS. Therefore, this is also worth arousing deep thinking by Telecom companies, building a smart FMS for enterprises in the field of AI, making full use of the advantages of AI technology, continuously optimizing the allocation of financial resources, and maximizing Telecom's corporate management income.
