Such systems should meet lots of requirements, such as high availability, low latency, reliability. However, new challenges become more and more important nowadays. One of them is energy efficiency of large scale computing systems. Many service providers prefer to use cheap commodity servers in their distributed infrastructure, what makes the problem of energy efficiency even harder because of hardware inhomogeneity. In this chapter an approach to finding balance between performance and energy efficiency requirements within inhomogeneous distributed computing environment is proposed. The main idea of the proposed approach is to use each node’s individual energy consumption models in order to generate distributed system scaling patterns based on the statistical daily workload, and then adjust these patterns to match the current workload, while using PCPB scheduling strategy to optimize hardware utilization. An approach is tested using Matlab modelling. It was proposed to use several existing unidirectional surveillance radars as elements of a small base synchronous MIMO-radar system in order to improve the quality of detection air-crafts. This will increase the probability of detecting small-sized aircraft by exposing them to different angles of spatially spaced radars and using the property of the dependence of aircrafts radar cross-section on the direction of irradiation. In addition the MIMO-radar it is possible to improve the accuracy of the finding 2D coordinates while to surveillance the airspace. The mathematical models of determining the total time of processing the input request and calculating the average delay time are considered. The software \"Proxy Blocker\" that is based on the algorithms that is described in this paper are considered. This software has a better quality of content filtering, and by optimizing the filtration process, it reduces the processing time for user requests. It is concluded that the final area of the route have a significant effect on the formation of reflected rays and that the receiver can be recorded only rays that have formed in a specific reflection zone. The filter uses steped-impedance resonators (SIRs), between them there are mixed couplings, which leads to the generation of two transmission zeros (attenuation poles) f<inf>z1</inf> and f<inf>z2</inf> located on opposite sides of the center frequency f<inf>0</inf>. To minimize the size of the filter, its resonators are separated from each other by small gaps of 0.2 mm. The problems of obtaining the minimum interval between transmission zeros f<inf>z1</inf>, f<inf>z2</inf> and fo, as well as the symmetrical arrangement of f<inf>z1</inf> and f<inf>z2</inf> with respect to fo are considered. However, due to inaccuracies in forecasting the development trends of this type of networks, a situation has arisen whereby 2G and 3G networks will be used to service all voice traffic for a long time. As the research results show, one of the necessary conditions for the normal functioning of networks of mobile operators is the introduction of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) as the main element of the management level. One of the main requirements for the IMS system is the requirement for the reliability of its operation. Since the requirements for reliability are very high, their fulfillment is impossible without the use of reservation methods. Therefore, the paper discusses possible reservation methods for the IMS system. This feature is determined by the use of modulating code binary sequences for secrecy and noise immunity. By criterion of optimality accepted the number minimization of possible options for selection when solving an integer task of ambiguity disclosure. A method and an algorithm are presented, the complexity of which in implementation does not depend on the number of radar stations in a multiposition system.
