A more perfect composition for the restoring and protection of the melt of low-temperature solder from oxidation on the basis of fluxing components: glycerin; urea; nano-dispersed carbon and filler (silicon dioxide powder) has been developed.The advantage of the developed composition (material) is an increase in operating time (from 2-3 to 300 hours). Unlike the protective fluids based on glycerol with sodium hydroxide salts, or hardening oils, the operation temperature range increases to 447 K - 723 K, the cleaning and removal of the remains of the protective composition improves. Different induced optical effects in mentioned materials are analyzed by extreme surfaces method that allows to determine the global maxima of a specific interaction. The results are obtained for the family of novel nanocomposite materials based on the host nanoporous matrices from silica (SiO2) and anodized aluminium oxide (AAO) filled with nanostructured KDP, ADP, TGS, Ba(NO3)2 and KB-5 crystals. The discontinuity consists of a capacitive section of a microstrip line and a comb-shaped slot resonator in its ground plane. The technique is based on the transverse resonance method. Electromagnetic field distribution in the comb-slot resonator is described in terms of basis functions of TE-waves of a complex cross-section waveguide. It is shown that proposed structure enables a design of passive devices (filters) with a complex scattering characteristic. A method of forming big ensembles of discrete signals with a multi-level correlation function is suggested. The formation of discrete signals is based on cuts of group code non-zero cyclical orbits.
